Claims (19)
- 주로 그 폭을 형균 셀(cells)이 5 내지 24셀/0.203cm(0.08인치)이며 또 밀폐셀(closed cells)로서 주로 구성되는 열성형성 합성수지 발포체로 구성된 발포체코어층(2,2A,2B);이 발포체코어층(2,2A,2B)상부 및 하부의 양쪽면에 각각 접착시킨 한쌍의 제1 및 제2접착제층(3),(4); 이 발포체코어층(2,2A,2B)의 양쪽 상부면 및 하부면 상에 증첩시킨 한쌍의 직물층(5),(6)으로 구성되고, 직물층(5),(6)이 접착제층(3),(4)에 의해 이들 발포체코어층 표면에 결합되어 또 이들 직물층(5),(6)중 적어도 1개 직물층이 열가소성 합성수지 또는 비교차결합 열경화성 합성수지에 함침시킨 부직포를 사용하는 열성형성 복합체(熱成型性複合體)
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포체가 107.2℃(225°F)이상의 연화점을 갖는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포체가 56 내지 120kg/m3(3.5 내지 7.5파운드//ft3)범위의 밀도를 갖는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포체가 주로 스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직포를 사용하는 직물층이 주로 1.5 내지 25 데니어 범위의 섬도를 갖는 폴리에 스테르 부직포로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.

- 제10항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포체가 주로 스티렌-말레산무수물 공중합체로 구성되며, 열가소성수지 또는 열경화성 수지가 주로 에틸렌폴리비닐미세테이트 수지로 수지로 구성되고, 또 부직포를 사용하는 직물층이 1.5 내지 25 데니어 범위의 섬도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 부직포로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 또는 열경화성수지가 주로 이들 복합체의 열성형기간 중에 교차결합을 형성하게 되는 비교차결합 열경화성 수지로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 직물층 각각은 0.254 내지 2.03cm(0.1 내지 0.8인치)범위의 두께와 0.305 내지 3.66kg/m2(1 내지 12온스/ft2)의 단위면적당 중량을 갖고 또 발포체가 그 폭을 따른 평균셀로서 5내지 10셀/0.203cm(0.08인치)의 값을 갖는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 발포체가 주로 강성(剛性)구조발포체로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 밀페셀로 주로 구성된 열성형성 합성수지 발포체로 주로 구성되고, 공간을 두고 떨어져 존재하는 복수개의 공극(7)지역에서 서로 전혀 결합하고 있지않는 한쌍의 합성수지 발포체의 내부층(2A,2B)을 구성해줌으로서 열성형기간중 이 공극대역에서의 내부층들이 분리됨으로서, 복수개의 공극을 형성할 수 있는 발포체 코어층(2A,2B); 이 발포체코어층(2A,2B)상부 및 하부의 양쪽면에 각각 접착시킨 한쌍의 제1 및 제2접착제층(3),(4); 과 이 발포체코어층(2A),(2B)의 양쪽 상부 및 하부 면상에 중첩시킨 한쌍이 직물층(5),(6)으로 구성되고, 직물층이 접착체층(3),(4)에 의해 발포체코어층 표면에 결합되며 도 이들 직물층(5),(6)중 적어도 1개 직물층이 열가소성 합성수지 또는 비교차결합 열경화성 합성수지에 함침시킨 부직포를 사용하는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 또는 열경화성 수지가 주로 이들 복합체 열성형기간 중에 교차결합을 형성하게 되는 비교차결합 열경화성 수지로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포체가 22°F 이상의 연화점과 56 내지 120kg/m3(3.5 내지 7.5 파운드/ft3)범위의 밀도를 가지며 또 그 폭에 따른 평균셀이 5 내지 25셀/0.203cm(0.08인치)이고 밀폐셀로서 주로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 합성수지포체가 주로 발스티렌-말레산 무수물 공중합체로 구성되며, 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지가 주로 에틸렌폴리비닐아세테이트 수지로 구성되고, 또 부직포를 사용하는 직물층(5),(6)이 1.5내지 25 데니어 범위의 섬도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 부직포로 구성되는 열성형성 복합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 추가로 이 합성수지 발포체의 한쌍의 내부층(2A,2B)사이에 원치시켜서 미결합 공극(7)지역 이외의 위치에서 이 한쌍의 내부층(2A,2B)을 함께 결합시키는 효과를 갖게되는 제3의 접착제층(10)을 포함하는 열성형성 복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
