Claims (4)
- 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌, α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무를 함유하는 열가소성 에라스토머 쉬트의 이면에, 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌, α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무와 발포제를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 중첩시킨 상태에서 양쉬트를 열융착시켜 적층쉬트를 얻는 공정과, 이 적층쉬트를 가열시켜서 열가소성 엘라스토머의 발포성쉬트를 발포시켜서 발포층을 갖는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체를 얻는 공정으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 쉬트와, 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 열융착시켜서 적층쉬트를 얻을 때, 이 발포성 쉬트를 실질적으로 미발포상태로 유지하여, 열가소성 엘라스토머 쉬트와 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 열융착시키는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포시킨 열가소성 엘라스토머의 발포율이 1.1-20배인 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에서 얻은 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체를 심재에 적층시켜서된 성형품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
