Claims (4)

  1. 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌, α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무를 함유하는 열가소성 에라스토머 쉬트의 이면에, 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌, α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무와 발포제를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 중첩시킨 상태에서 양쉬트를 열융착시켜 적층쉬트를 얻는 공정과, 이 적층쉬트를 가열시켜서 열가소성 엘라스토머의 발포성쉬트를 발포시켜서 발포층을 갖는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체를 얻는 공정으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 쉬트와, 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 열융착시켜서 적층쉬트를 얻을 때, 이 발포성 쉬트를 실질적으로 미발포상태로 유지하여, 열가소성 엘라스토머 쉬트와 열가소성 엘라스토머 발포성 쉬트를 열융착시키는 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 발포시킨 열가소성 엘라스토머의 발포율이 1.1-20배인 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에서 얻은 열가소성 엘라스토머 적층체를 심재에 적층시켜서된 성형품.
