Für eine Stahldeckschicht von 0,2 mm Dicke und einem Ε-Modul von 2,1 · 10" kp/cma und einer Streckgrenze von 6000 kp/cma wird unter Beibehaltung der grobtitrigen Vlieskomponente von 150 g/m* ein feintitriges Vlies aus Polyesterfasern (dtex 5) von 200 g/m2 gewählt, um für ein Stützstoff-Gesamtraumgewicht (Füllgewicht) von 120 kg/ms wiederum eine Knitterfestigkeit der Deckschicht gleich Streckgrenze zu erreichen.
Die Herstellung der Kombinationsvliese für oberflächig armierte Schaumstoff-Formkörper oder für oberflächig armierte Kernlagen von Sandwichkonstruktionen wird bevorzugt eo durchgeführt, daß man auf das Vlies aus grobtitrigen, gekräuselten Polyamid-ίο fasern einseitig ein Vlies aus feintitrigen Fasern oder Fäden nadelt.
Die durchschäumbare Vlieskombination ist für alle harten, halbharten und weichen Schaumstoff-Systeme geeignet, die aus einem flüssigen und treibfähigen Reaktionsgemisch erzeugt werden.
