Claims (7)

  1. 한면이 라미네이트된 방수지 시이트가 있는 포말처리된 열가소성 중합체 시이트를 포함하는 열성형 가능한 라미네이트로서, 상기 방수지는 기계방향에서는 적어도 4%, 교차된-기계방향에서는 적어도 2.5%의 신장도(stretch value)를 가지며 기계방향에서는 적어도 25lbs/in(4.5kg/cm), 교차된-기계방향에서는 적어도 12lbs/in(2.1kg/cm)의 장력강도를 가지며, 기초중량이 적어도 15lbs/1000ft2(73.25g/m2)인 값을 지니는데, 여기에서 상기 라미네이트를 열성형한 후에도 상기 종이가 실질적인 구김살이 없거나 실질적으로 전단되지 않도록 상기 값들이 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 열성형 가능한 라미네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체는 폴리스티렌 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는 스티렌-마레인산 무수물 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 중합체는 폴리스티렌 혼합물(alloy)임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 폴리스티렌과 폴리페닐 옥사이드로 된 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 포말처리된 열가소성 중합체로된 상기한 시이트에 라미네이트된 무늬없는 장식용 부직포를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무늬없는 부직포는 폴리에스텔 화이버, 아크릴 화이버와 폴리에스텔 화이버 및 목재 펄프 화이버의 브랜드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 화이버를 포함하는 부직포임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트.
