Abstract

Inventia se refera la industria alimentara, in special la un produs alimentar din tomate si la procedeul de fabricare a acestuia. Produsul alimentar din tomate contine, in % mas.: tomate preventiv uscate si marinate 45,0(60,0, ulei vegetal 55,0(40,0 si condimente 3,0(6,5. Procedeul de fabricare a produsului include pregatirea prealabila a tomatelor, taierea lor in parti, plasarea partilor de tomate pe tavi cu partea taiata in sus, uscarea cu aer cald pana la umiditatea de 12(25% cu mentinerea temperaturii in interiorul partilor de tomate pana la 55…58°C, pregatirea marinadei din extract hidro-acetic de condimente, sare de bucatarie, zahar si acid ascorbic, mentinerea tomatelor uscate in marinada in raport de 1:1 pana la atingerea umiditatii de 30…45%, separarea tomatelor de marinada, asezarea acestora in borcane, adaugarea condimentelor, uleiului vegetal, inchiderea borcanelor si pasteurizarea. Rezultatul inventiei consta in simplificarea procedeului de fabricare a unui produs de calitate imbunatatita, cu un spectru larg de utilizare si un termen de pastrare indelungat.
