Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în particular la un procedeu de uscare a tomatelor.Procedeul de uscare a tomatelor include două etape: la prima etapă se efectuează uscarea prin convecţie la temperatura agentului termic de 60…100ºC până la umiditatea de 80%, la etapa a doua se efectuează uscarea prin combinarea convecţiei la aceeaşi temperatură a agentului termic cu câmpul electromagnetic cu frecvenţa de 2450 MHz şi puterea magnetronului de 90 W timp de 100…155 min. Câmpul electromagnetic se aplică în formă de impulsuri cu durata impulsului de 5 s şi pauza dintre impulsuri de10 s.
