3. Способ защиты молочного продукта от индуцированного светом окисления и самоокисления, включающий добавление в молочный продукт эффективного водорастворимого натурального растительного экстракта, содержащего розмариновую кислоту.
4. Способ защиты сухого молока от индуцированного светом окисления и самоокисления, включающий добавление в свежее молоко эффективного количества розмариновой кислоты с получением композиции и сушку композиции с получением сухого молока.
5. Способ продления срока годности сухого молока, включающий добавление в свежее молоко эффективного количества розмариновой кислоты с получением композиции и сушку композиции с получением сухого молока.
