Abstract
L'invention concerne de nouvelles molécules de liaison à l'antigène comprenant un ligand trimérique de la famille du tnf comprenant (a) au moins une partie capable de se lier de manière spécifique à un antigène d'une cellule cible et (b) un premier et un second polypeptides liés l'un à l'autre par un pont disulfure, et caractérisés par le fait que le premier polypeptide comprend deux ectodomaines d'un membre de la famille des ligands du tnf ou des fragments de ce dernier, liés l'un à l'autre par un peptide lieur, et que le second polypeptide comprend un seul ectodomaine dudit membre de la famille des ligands du tnf ou un fragment de ce dernier.
