- LV 11283 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Process interesējošo daļiņu, kuru molekulārā masa ir no 1 līdz 1000 kDa, atdalīšanai no maisījuma, kas atšķiras ar to, ka šo daļiņu molekulārā masa ir mazāk kā desmit reizes lielāka vai mazāka par citu maisījuma daļiņu molekulāro masu un šajā procesā ietilpst maisījuma filtrēšana ar tangenciālās plūsmas metodi caur filtrējošo membrānu ar tādu poru izmēriem, kas nepieciešami, lai atdalītu interesējošās daļiņas no maisījuma un uzturētu filtrācijas plūsmas līmeni 5 līdz 100% diapazonā no plūsmas pārejas punktā, līknes apgabalā, kurā transmembrālais spiediens ir atkarīgs no plūsmas, tādējādi panākot vajadzīgo daļiņu selektīvu izdalīšanu no maisījuma.
- 2. Process saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka transmembrālo spiedienu uztur pēc būtības nemainīgu gar membrānu uz līmeņa, kas nav lielāks par transmembrālo spiedienu filtrācijas pārejas punktā.
