Abstract
튜스 벽면의 대향하는 부분들의 접촉으로 인한 펑크의 발생을 간단히 그리고 적극적으로 방지할 수 있는 튜브 타이어. 이중 벽 부분들은 타이어에 포함된 튜브의 림 스트라이킹 부분들에 형성되며, 이중 벽부분들의 내부 공간들은 밀봉재로 충진된다. 타이어가 장애물위로 주행하여 타이어와 튜브가 림의 플랜지부와 장애물 사이에 클램프될 때, 쇼크는 이중 벽 부분들에 의해 감쇄되어 튜브의 손상을 방지하게 된다. 이중 벽 부분들이 손상되면 손상된 부분은 밀봉재로 수리되어, 에어누출의 발생을 제거하게 된다.

Claims (7)
- 림의 외부원주 주위에 장착되는 타이어; 상기 림과 상기 타이어에 의해 한정된 공간에 수용된 튜브; 및 상기 튜브의 림 스트라이킹 부분에 제공되는 이중 벽 부분으로 구성되며, 상기 림 스트라이킹 부분은 방사상 하중이 상기 타이어에 작용될 때 그 사이에 타이어를 압입하여 상기 림과 압접하게 되는 부분인 튜브 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 벽 부분이 중공의 구조인 튜브 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 벽 부분이 밀봉재로 충진된 내부공간을 가지는 튜브 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 벽 부분이 상기 튜브의 외면상에 러버 시이트를 부착하므로써 형성되는 튜브 타이어.
- 림의 외부 원주 주위에 장착되는 타이어; 상기 림과 상기 타이어에 의해 한정된 공간에 포함된 튜브를 수용하며, 상기 튜브는 단면이 원형으로 형성된 원주벽을 포함하며; 및 외부 밀봉재 채임버가 상기 원주벽의 외부 원주의 절반을 구성하는 밀봉재를 충진하기 위한 외부 원주벽과 상기 외부 벌크헤드로 한정되고, 상기 밀봉재를 충진할 내부 밀봉재 채임버는 상기 원주벽의 내부 원주 절반을 구성하는 내부 원주벽과 상기 내부 벌크헤드에 의해 한정되며, 에어로 충진될 에어 채임버는 상기 외부 벌크헤드와 상기 내부 벌크헤드 사이에 한정되도록 상기 원주벽의 내부는 외부 벌크헤드와 내부 벌크헤드에 의해 분할되는 튜브 타이어.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 튜브가 상기 원주벽을 일체로 포함하며, 상기 외부 벌크헤드와 상기 내부 벌크헤드가 압출에 의해 성형된 타이어 튜브.
- 림의 외부 원주 주위에 장착된 타이어; 상기 림과 상기 타이어에 의해 한정된 공간에 수용된 튜브; 상기 튜브는 단면이 원형으로 형성된 원주벽을 포함하며;상기 원주벽의 내부는 에어로 채워질 에어채임버가 상기 원주벽의 원주의 절반을 구성하는 에어 채임버측 원주벽과 상기 벌크헤드 사이에한정되고, 밀봉재로 채워질 밀봉채임버가 상기 원주벽의 나머지 절반을 구성하는 밀봉재 채임버측 원주벽과 상기 벌크헤드 사이에 한정되도록 벌크헤드로 분할되며, 및 상기 튜브의 외면과 상기 타이어의 내면 사이에 설치되는 버퍼로 구성되는 튜브 타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
