제3도는 비상 주행위치에서의 타이어를 나타내는 제1도에 도해된 차륜의 방사형 부분단면도,
제4도는 지지표면을 갖는 림과 그리고 상기 지지표면에 관하여 측방향으로 배치된 두개의 설치요구가 마련되어 있는 차륜의 방사형 부분 단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 측방향의 외부림프렌지와 타이어의 림의 방사형 외부단부상에서 상기 림프렌지에 인접한 착좌표면을 갖는 강인한 림과, 고무 또는 고무류의 플라스틱 재료로부터 형성되어 직물 및, 또는 금속제 보강부재로부터 이루어진 카카스가 연장않되는 비드코아에 의해 비드내에서 고정되어 있되 그림(RIM)에 착좌표면에 관하여 축방향으로 내향지게 림프렌지(5)에 의해 이루어진 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 지지부재가 마련되어 있으며, 타이어벽(10)이 비드코아(2)로부터 편평하게 축방향으로 외향지게 연장되어 그 연장각도가 타이어의 회전축에 관하여 0도와 20도 사이의 각도 범위에 있으며, 카카스의 중립선이 이 범위를 횡단하여 그로인해 회전점을 회피하며, 비드코아(2)가 타이어가 조립될 때 비드부분 내에서의 타이어의 내경이 조립 도중의 타이어의 직경보다 작은 방식으로 회전비드(3)내에 편심으로 배치되어 있는 공기타이어로 구성되어 있는 공기타이어를 갖는 차륜.
  2. 축방향의 외부 림프렌지와 그리고 타이어의 림의 방사형 외부 단부상에서 상기 림프렌지에 인접한 착좌표면을 갖는 강이한 림과, 고무 또는 고무류 플라스틱 재료로부터 형성되어 있고 또한 직물 및 또는 금속제 보강부재로부터 이루어진 카카스가 연장않되는 비드 코아에 의해 비드내에서 고정되어 있고, 그림(RIM)에, 착좌표면에 관하여 축방향으로 내향지게 림프렌지(5)에 의해 이루어진 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 적어도 한개의 지지부재(8)와 각각의 타이어비드(3)에 대한 설치요구 (11)가 마련되어 있으며, 타이어벽(10)이 림프렌지(5) 부분내에서 비드코아(2)로부터 편평한 방식으로 축방향으로 외향지게 연장되어 있고 이러한 연장부는 타이어의 회전축에 관하여 0도와 20도 사이의 각도 범위내에 있게되고, 카카스의 중립선이 이 각도범위를 횡단함으로써 회전점을 회피하도록 되어있는 공기 타이어로 구성되는 공기 타이어를 갖는 차륜.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2의 차륜에서, 림프렌지(5)에 의해 이루어진 최대 직경이 비드코아(2)의 중심에서 중심까지의 직경보다 크거나 같은것.
  4. 청구범위 1 또는 2의 차륜에서, 카카스의 중립선이 비드코아(2)에 관하여 직접축방향으로 외향지게 연결된 부분에서 현수곡선의 함수를 충족시키는 것.
  5. 청구범위 1 또는 2의 차륜에서, 타이어 벽(10)이 타이어가 완전히 공기 팽창 주입되었으나 하중을 받지 않았을 때 림프렌지(5)부분에서 차륜의 회전축에 관하여 타이어벽이 0도에서 5도까지의 각도 범위로 축방향으로 외부로 상승하는 것.
  6. 청구범위 1 또는 2의 차륜에서, 카카스(1)이 림프렌지 부분에서 거의 수평으로 연장되어 있고 또한 비드코아(2) 둘레에 환상으로 걸림으로써 비드(3)에서 고정되어 있으며, 카카스의 환상으로 걸려있는 단부가 방사형의 내부 단부에 배치되어 있는 것.
  7. 청구범위 1 또는 2의 차륜에서, 지지부재(8)의 직경이 림프렌지(5)와 타이어벽(10)의 벽두께에 의해 이루어진 직경보다 큰 것.
