제1도는 측부에 접시형의 림(RIM)부분이 있는 보호링을 갖는 림으로 된 차륜의 방사형 일부단면도. 제2도는 림에 보호링과 중앙부위에 있는 접시형의 림부분을 갖는 차륜의 방사형 일부단면도. 제3도는 드롭웰베이스(DROP WELL BASE)와 접시형 림부분을 나타내고 있는 제2도에서의 차륜의 측면도.

Claims (15)

  1. 고무 또는 고무와 유사한 재료로 형성되며 연장불가의 비드코아둘레에 둘러쌓여 비드에 고착되는 카카스를 가지며, 림이 상당히 방사형으로 내향지게 연장되며 그에 인접하여 타이어의 방사형 내부원주상의 착좌표면이 있고 그 착좌표면에 인접하여 드롭웰의 측벽에 의해 제한되는 어셈블리요구(HIGH DED)가 있으며, 어셈블리 요구를 형성하는 림링의 부분이 방사형 외부단부상의 비상주행지지면의 형태이며, 타이어 벽돌이 비드코아로부터 아주 수평으로 외향지게 연장되며, 보호링(15)(15´)가 드롭웰(13)의 벽(12)의 적어도 하나로 부터 연장되어 있되 그 보호링의 벽이 횡방향으로 축방향으로 외향지게 연장되고 또한 타이어 비드(3)를 브레이크열로부터 보호하는 특징이 있는 공기타이어를 가지고 강인한 드롭웰림과 공기타이어로 구성된 차륜.
  2. 상기 제1항에서, 드롭웰베이스(14)가 횡방향으로 기울고 그경사각이 15도까지 되며 또한 그 보호링(15)(15´)이 드롭웰베이스(14)의 연장부로써 이루어지는 차륜.
  3. 제2항에서, 보호링(15)이 수직으로 연장되는 접시형의 림부분(16)안으로 직접 축방향으로 외향지게 연장되어 있는 차륜.
  4. 제1항에서, 접시형의 림부분(16´)이 드롭웰(13)의 베이스(14)위에 설치되고 그 베이스(14)와 접촉하고 있는 원주둘레에 배분되어 있는 개구부(18)을 갖는 차륜.
  5. 제1항에서, 보호링(15)(15´)이 이웃하는 림후렌지(7)로부터 방사형의 거리가 떨어져 있고 그 떨어진 간격은 타이어비드 두께의 1.5내지 3배가 되는 차륜.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에서, 드롭웰베이스(14)가 방사형 내부단부상에 최대의 직경을 가지며 상기의 직경이 타이어 비드(3)위치에서 대략 방사형 내부 타이어 직경에 이르는 차륜.
  7. 제1항에서, 림이 각 측부에 보호링(15)(15´)를 갖는 차륜.
  8. 제1항에서, 타이어의 착좌표면(8)이 횡방향으로 올라가는 방식으로 축방향으로 내향지게 연장되고 또한 똑같은 경사와 폭을 갖는 요구(9)내로 연장되는 차륜.
  9. 제1항에서, 타이어의 착좌표면(8)을 이루는 림링부분이 방사형의 외부단부상의 비상주행지지면의 형태로된 차륜.
  10. 제1항에서, 림후렌지(7)을 이루는 림부분이 방사형 외부단부상의 비상주행 지지면으로서도 역할을 하는 차륜
  11. 제1항에서, 비상주행지지면(17)이 횡방향으로 약간 곡선을 이룬 방식으로 연장되어 있는 차륜.
  12. 제1항에서, 비상주행지지면(17)이 수평으로 또는 약간 외향지게 하향방식으로 횡방향으로 직선상에서 연장되는 차륜.
  13. 제1항에서, 타이어의 림후렌지(7)과 착좌표면(8)이 림링의 후렌지가 있는 부분에 의해 형성되어 있는 차륜.
