Abstract

본 발명은 타이어 본체 및 그 내부에 장착한 시일제를 넣은 튜브가 함께 파손되어도 가급적 주행을 계속할 수 있게 하는 것으로써, 공기가 충전되는 내주측의 공기실(3)과 시일제(8)가 충전되는 외주측의 시일제실(7)에 구획된 시일제를 넣은 튜브(2)를 내부에 수납하는 타이어 본체(1)와, 그 좌우의 비이드부(11),(12)가 림(R)의 좌우단부(R1),(R2)에 당접시켜 기밀하게 시일된다. 시일제를 넣은 튜브(2)가 자상을 받아도 시일제실(7)에 충전한 시일제(8)로 상기 자상을 보수하여 공기의 누출을 방지할 수 있고, 또한 시일제를 넣은 튜브(2)로부터 타이어 본체(1)의 내부로 공기가 누출되어도 타이어 본체(1)의 자상도 시일제(8)에 의해 보수되며, 또한 타이어 본체(1)의 비이드(11),(12)가 림(R)에 대해 시일되어 있기 때문데, 타이어 본체(1)로부터 외부로의 공기의 누출이 방지된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 타이어 본체(1)와 상기 타이어 본체(1)의 내부공간에 장착되는 시일제를 넣은 튜브(2)를 구비하여 이루어지고, 상기 타이어 본체(1)는 그 내주 개구부로 향하는 좌우의 비이드부(11)(12)가 림(R)의 좌우단부(R1)(R2)에 당접하여 시일되며, 또한 상기 시일제를 넣은 튜브(2)는 공기가 충전되는 내주측의 공기실(3)과 시일제(8)가 충전되는 외주측의 시일제실(7)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시일제를 넣은 튜브를 구비한 타이어.
