Abstract
시일제의 충진시에 튜브가 손상되는 일이 없고, 또한 시일제가 튜브의 구멍기밸브를 막히게 하는 일이 없는 튜브내장형 타이어를 제공한다.
동일 치수의 원형단면을 가지는 제1튜브반체(4i) 및 제2튜브반체(4o)를 생고무 상태로 접합하고 나서 가류함으로써, 양 튜브반체(4i, 4o)를 이음새가 없는 상태로 일체화한 튜브(2)를 형성하고, 제1튜브반체(4i)의 내부에 공기실(3)을 화성(畵成)함과 동시에 제2튜브반체(4o)의 내부에 시일제(8)가 충진된 시일제실(7)을 화성한다. 튜브(2)가 자상을 입으면 시일제(8)가 자상을 보수하여 펑크를 방지한다. 또 공기실(3)은 시일제실(7)로부터 동떨어져 있기 때문에 공기실(3)에 배설한 공기밸브(6)가 시일제(8)로 막히는 일이 없다.

Claims (2)
- 림(R)의 외주에 장착되는 타이어(1)와, 림(R) 및 타이어(1)에 의해 화성되는 공간 내에 수납되는 튜브(2)로 구성되는 튜브내장형 타이어에 있어서, 상기 튜브 (2)는 생고무상태에 있는 원형단면의 제1튜브반체(4i) 및 제2튜브반체(4o)를 각각의 외표면의 거의 반주에 있어서 상호 접합한 후에 가류하여 이루어지고, 타이어(1)의 반경방향 내측에 위치하는 제1튜브반체(4i)의 내부에 공기가 충진되는 공기실(3)을 화성함과 동시에, 타이어(1)의 반경방향 외측에 위치하는 제2튜브반체 (4o)의 내부에 시일제(8)가 충진되는 시일제실(7)을 화성한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브내장형 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자유상태에 있어서의 제1튜브반체(4i) 및 제2튜브반체(4o)가 동일직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브내장형 타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
