Abstract

서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널이, 일체로 성형된 FRP판을 사용하여 구성되어 있는 화물컨테이너, 및, 주된 강성유지부재로서, 코어와 FRP제 스킨판 등을 함유하는 샌드위치패널을 보유하고, 또한, 서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널이 일체로 성형되어 있는 화물컨테이너.
본 발명의 화물컨테이너는, 종래의 알루미늄합금제 컨테이너에 비하여, 경량이고, 또한, 컨테이너로서 충분한 강도, 강성을 구비하고, 게다가, 그 조립, 제조에 필요한 시간과 비용을 대폭으로 삭감할 수 있다. 또, 코어와 FRP제 스핀판 등을 함유하는 샌드위치패널을 사용하여 구성된 화물컨테이너는, 우수한 냉동, 냉장, 보냉, 보온성능을 보유하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 화물컨테이너의 패널 일체성형방법의 일례를 표시하는 개략 구성도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관한 화물컨테이너의 사시도이다, 제4도는 제2도의 컨테이너의 들보부분의 확대부분단면도이다, 제5도는제2도의 컨테이너의 플로어 패널부의 확대부분사시도이다, 제6도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 관한 화물컨테이너의 투시사시도이다, 제7도는 제6도의 컨테이너의 샌드위치 패널부의 확대부분단면도이다, 제8도는 제6도의 컨테이너의 다른샌드위치 패널부의 확대부분단면도이다, 제12도는 본 발명에 관한 샌드위치패널부의 더욱이 다른 구조예를 표시하는 부분단면도이다.

Claims (46)

  1. 서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널이, 일체로 성형된 FRP판을 사용하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널과 사이드패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기항 적어도 2장의 패년이 루우프패널과 사이드패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널, 사이드패널 및 리어패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 루우프패널, 사이드패널 및 리어패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널, 사이드패널, 리어패널 및 루우프패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널의 적어도 일부가, 코어와 FRP제스킨 등을 함유한 샌드위치구조를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 FRP제 스티프너를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이, 코어와 FRP제 스킨 등을 함유한 샌드위치구조를 보유하는 스티프너를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이, 중공단면구조를 보유하는 FRP제 스티프너를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  11. 제8항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널의 내측코너부분에 상기한 스티프너가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP판의 강화섬유가, 상기한 서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널에 걸쳐서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  13. 주된 강성유지부재로서, 코어와 FRP제 스킨판 등을 함유한 샌드위치패널을 보유하고, 또한, 서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널이 일체로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널과 사이드패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 루우프패널과 사이드패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널, 사이드패널 및 리어패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  17. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 루우프패널, 사이드패널 및 리어패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  18. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이 플로어패널, 사이드패널, 리어패널 및 루우프패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 삭기하 적어도 2장의 패널이 FRP제 스티프너를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이, 코어와 FRP제 스킨 등을 함유한 샌드위치 구조를 보유하는 스티프너를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  21. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2장의 패널이, 중공단면구조를 보유하는 FRP제 스티프너를 구비하고 있는 것율 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  22. 제13항에 있어서, 패널의 구부림강성이 적어도 1.5×104N·㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  23. 제13항에 있어서, 지지스팬길이(S)에서 길이방향양단부를 단순히 지지했을때의 굽힘이 S/200 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  24. 제13항에 있어서, 패널의 충격흡수에너지가 적어도 80J인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  25. 제13항에 있어서, 열누설률이 1.5×105J/hr ·℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  26. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판의 강화섬유가, 상기한 서로 인접하는 적어도 2장의 패널에 걸쳐서 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  27. 제13항에 있어서, FRP제 들보를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  28. 제27항에 있어서, 강화섬유가 FRP제 들보의 길이방향으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  29. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 코어가 합성수지제 포옴으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 상기한 코어의 열전도율이 150J/m ·hr ·℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 상기한 코어의 밀도가 50㎏/㎥ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  32. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판이, 실질적으로 패널의 길이방향으로 연장되는 강화섬유와, 실질적으로 패널의 폭방향으로 연장되는 강화섬유와, 실질적으로 그들의 길이방향 및 폭방향의 중간방향으로 연장되는 강화섬유 등을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  33. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한FRP제 스킨판이 강화섬유의 직물을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  34. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판이 글라스섬유 및 탄산섬유의 적어도 1종을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  35. 제34항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판이, 인장강도가 3GPa 이상이고, 또한, 신장도가 1.3% 이상인 탄소섬유를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  36. 제13항에 있어서, 서로 대향하는 FRP제 스킨판이 웨브로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  37. 제13항에 있어서, 플로어패널의 뒷면에 대들보가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  38. 제37항에 있어서, 플로어패널에 있어서의 서로 대향하는 FRP제 스킨판이 웨브로 연결되어 있고, 또한, 상기한 대들보가 상기한 웨브의 위치에 대응하는 위치로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  39. 제37항에 있어서, 상기한 대들보가, 코어와 FRP제 스킨 등을 함유하는 샌드위치구조를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  40. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판의 매트릭스수지가 난연제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  41. 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP제 스킨판의 매트릭스수지가 항균 ·방곰팡이제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
  42. 제13항에 있어서, 스테인레스시이트의 내장재를 보유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물컨테이너.
