Abstract

본 컨테이너는 특히 항공기용에 착안한 것으로 충분한 강도와 경도를 보유하며, 컨테이너의 무게가 경량이며, 생산과 조립에 드는 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있다.
컨테이너는 측벽(2), 지붕(6), 그리고 바닥(7)중 적어도 측벽(2)은 FRP로 만들고, 인접한 2개의 측면을 판위에일체형성의 연속적인 FRP패널로 구성한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예인 항공기용 컨테이너를 표시한 개략의 투시도이다. 제2도는 본 발명인 항공기용 컨테이너의 주요부분을 표시한 단면도이다. 제3도는 본 발명인 항공기용 컨테이너의 다른 주요부분을 표시한 단면도이다. 제4도는 본 발명의 한 실시예인 항공기용 컨테이너를 표시한 개략의 투시도이다, 제5도는 제1도의 X-X선을 따른 단면도이다, 제6도는 본 발명의 한 실시예인 리브의 삽입구조를 표시한 단면도이다.

Claims (22)

  1. 프레임(1), 측벽(2), 지붕(6), 그리고 바닥(7)로 구성되며, 그중 적어도 상기한 측벽(2)은 FRP 패널로 만들어지며, 두께는 t(㎜), 섬유함유량은 V(%) 로 하여 각각 0.3t1.5 및 25V65로 하는 컨테이너.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 지붕(6)을 FRP로 만든 컨테이너.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기한 프레임(1)과, 상기한 바닥(6)은 알루미늄 합금으로 만든 컨테이너.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 측벽(2)은 적어도 2개의 FRP패널로 구성되며, 그 외표면 사이에 틈이 형성된 컨테이너.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,그 틈을 열절연재로 피복하는 컨테이너.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서, 그 틈에 건조물(5)이 설치된 컨테이너.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 인접한 2개의 측면으로 이루어진 측벽(2)과, 상기한 지붕(6)과 상기한 바닥(7)으로 구성된 일체성형의 연속적인 FRP패널로 형성된 컨테이너.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 인접한 적어도2개의 측면이 측벽(2)인 컨테이너.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 인접한 적어도 2개의 측면이 하나의 측벽(2)과 상기한 지붕(6)인 컨테이너.
  10. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 인접한 적어도 2개의 측면이 하나의 측벽(2)과 상기한 바닥(7)인 컨테이너.
  11. 제 7항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 측벽(2)과, 지붕(6)과 바닥(7)이 일체성형의 연속적인 FRP 패널로 구성된 컨테이너.
  12. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 적어도 2개의 측면의 부분적 또는 전체가 일체성형의 연속적인 FRP패널로 구성되고, 그 두 측면 사이에 틈이 형성된 컨테이너.
  13. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 일체성형의 연속적인 FRP패널에 그 외표면이 FRP로 된 샌드위치 구조의 리브나 공동구조의 리브를 보강한 컨테이너.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서, 컨테이너의 안쪽 모서리에 샌드위치 구조의 리브나 공동구조의 리브를 보강한 컨테이너.
  15. 제 7항에 있어서, FRP강화섬유를 2개의 인접한 측면의 적어도 하나의 셋트로 연속적으로 설치한 컨테이너.
  16. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 컨테이너의 리벳 또는 볼트의 홀과, FRP패널 주위의 홀의 두께가 다른 부분보다 두꺼운 컨테이너.
  17. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 보강섬유인 FRP에 함유된 탄소섬유가 450㎏f/㎟이상의 인장하중과, 1.7%이상의 신장도를 지닌 컨테이너.
  18. 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP 패널이 직물의 탄소섬유로 보강된 컨테이너.
  19. 제 1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 FRP패널이 평직의 탄소섬유로 보강된 컨테이너.
  20. 제 1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, FRP의 매트릭스수지에 방염제가 함유된 컨테이너.
  21. 제 1항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 항공기용인 컨테이너.
  22. 제 1항에 있어서, 섬유함유량이 0.3t1.5 및 30Vf 65로 하는 컨테이너.
