제1도는 JIS T 8133 (1982)에 정의된 타입 B 및 C 안전 헬멧용 충격 흡수성 시험을 나타낸 사람의 머리 모형의 측면도이다,
제2도는 본 발명의 헬멧의 한 태양의 배면도이다,
제3도는 제2도의 헬멧의 측면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 본체의 주요 성분으로서 섬유 보강 열경화성 수지로 구성되어 있는 헬멧에서, JIS T 8133 (l982)에 의해 정의된 충격 흡수성 시험을 받는 최소한의 부분을 고강도 및 고모듈러스의 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드로 보강하여 개선함을 특징으로 하는 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 인장 강도가 20g/데니어 이상이며 인장모듈러스가 500g/데니어 이상인 헬멧.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 섬유의 인장 강도가 25g/데니어 이상이며 인장 모듈러스가 1000g/데니어 이상인 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드의 중량이 100∼400g/㎡인 헬멧.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드의 중량이 100∼300g/㎡인 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격흡수성 시험을 받는 부분에서 폴리에틸렌 섬유가 차지하는 부피 비율이 총 섬유의 부피에 대하여 40∼70%인 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 비닐 에스테르 수지. 에폭시 수지 및 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성원 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수지인 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격흡수성 시험을 받는 부분이 외층에는 유리 섬유층을, 그리고 내층에는 고강도 및 고모듈러스 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드를 제공함으로써 보강된 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격 흡수성 시험을 받는 부분이, 외층에는 유리 섬유층을, 중간층에는 다목적의 유기 섬유 클로드를, 그리고 내층에는 유리 섬유층을 적층함으로써 수득한 적층 물질로 구성되어 있으며, 상기의 외층과 중간층 사이 및/또는 중간층과 내층 사이에 고강도 및 고모듈러스 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드를 제공함으로써 보강 되어진 헬멧.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충격 흡수성 시험을 받는 부분이 외충에는 유리 섬유층을, 중간층에는 고강도 및 고모듈러스 폴리에틸렌 섬유 클로드를, 그리고 내층에는 유리 섬유층을 제공함으로써 보강되어진 헬멧.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
