Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、断熱コンテナの絶縁構造に関する。
断熱コンテナの絶縁構造として、その外壁と内壁の間
の発泡ポリウレタンのような保温材を設けたものが知ら
れている。また、コンテナ壁面を、サンドウイッチ板と
同様の構造と密度をもつ均一な発泡材で形成することも
既知である。
このような構造の欠点は、損傷しやすいことである。
一般には脆く硬い絶縁層が短期間の使用により破損また
は破壊するから、絶縁作用が減退する。
また、サンドウイッチ板の場合には機械的な安定性に
欠ける。
本発明の課題はこのような欠点を解消することにあ
る。
この課題は、本発明に従う特許請求の範囲第1項に記
載の絶縁構造によって解決される。
衝撃吸収層は、柔軟弾性を有し独立気泡で構成される
軟質発泡材で形成され、カサ密度30〜35Kg/m3のものが
好ましい。そのようなプラスチック材料はポリウレタ
ン、PVC、とくにポリウレタンが適している。
これらの材料は、熱伝導率が、たとえば0.03〜0.04W/
mkのように低く、それ故に同時にコンテナの熱絶縁にも
適している。
衝撃吸収層の厚さは15〜30mm、とくに20〜25mmとする
のが好ましい。この層をコンテナ外壁の内面にとりつけ
るには、接着剤や粘着テープなどを用いることができ
る。別のとりつけ方としては、この層の材料自体がもつ
弾性を利用して嵌め込む方法もある。つまり、衝撃吸収
層の寸法をコンテナ外壁内面の寸法よりわずかに大きく
用意し、内面に向けて押し込んで、周囲に対して突っ張
った形でそこに固定するわけである。衝撃吸収層の表面
は、外壁内面に平行な平坦な形にすることもできるし、
内側へ若干張り出したアーチ形にすることもできる。
硬質発泡材の絶縁層のカサ密度は、30〜90Kg/m3、と
くに40〜50Kg/m3のものが好ましい。その厚さは20〜80m
m、とくに30〜50mmとするのが好適である。
この絶縁層のプラスチック材料としては、ポリウレタ
ンまたはPVC、とくに熱伝導率が0.02〜0.04W/mkの硬質P
VC発泡材が適している。
この保温層は、補強層で内張りしてコンテナの内側に
設ける。補強層としては、表面加工した鉄、ステンレ
ス、アルミニウムその他の金属、立体成形した、または
板状もしくは箔状などの強固な合成樹脂、または軽量発
泡材製の押出成形板などを使用することができる。
この補強材の被覆を施した保温層は、衝撃吸収層に対
して、いずれの部分でも強く結合しない状態で設ける。
すなわち、保温層が衝撃吸収層に接触していないか、ま
たは接触していても、強い圧力が加わってはいない状態
で設ける。もちろん、接着や粘着はしない。
本発明による絶縁構造は、コンテナ輸送時の使用や積
み上げ(フォークリフトによる)、コンベヤ、ころコン
ベヤ、巻揚げおよび運搬などのコンテナの取扱時に機械
的な損傷を受けず、また捩り力が作用しても機械的特性
および熱的特性を損うことがない。
第1図および第2図に、本発明の断熱コンテナの保温
構造を示した。
図において、1はコンテナ外壁であって、接着層1aに
より衝撃吸収層2が設けられている。3は絶縁層を示
し、その内面に補強層4が設けられている。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】コンテナ外壁の内面に、独立気泡で構成さ
    れ、柔軟で弾性を有する、カサ密度25〜50kg/m3、厚さ1
    5〜30mmの軟質発泡材からなる衝撃吸収層を、接着剤で
    固定するか、またはそれ自体の弾性を利用して固定する
    かして設け、その上に、補強層を設けたカサ密度40〜90
    kg/m3、厚さ20〜80mmの硬質発泡材からなる保温層を、
    補強層がコンテナの内側に向くようにして、前記衝撃吸
    収層に接触していないか、または接触していても強い圧
    力が加わっていない状態で設けたことを特徴とする断熱
    コンテナの絶縁構造。
