Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、断熱コンテナの絶縁構造に関する。
断熱コンテナの絶縁構造として、その外壁と内壁の間に
発泡ポリウレタンのような保温材を設けたものが知られ
ている。 また、コンテナ壁面を、サンドウィッチ板と
同様の構造と密度をもつ均一な発泡祠で形成することも
既知で必る。
このような構造の欠点は、10傷しやすいことである。
 一般には脆く硬い絶縁層が短期間の使用により破nま
たは破壊するから、絶縁作用が減退する。
また、サンドウィッチ板の場合には機械的な安定性に欠
ける。
本発明の課題はこのような欠点を解消することにおる。
この課題は、本発明に従う特許請求の範囲第1項に記載
の絶縁構造によって解決される。
衝撃吸収層は、柔軟弾性を有し独立気泡で構成される軟
質発泡材で形成され、カサ密度30〜35に3/TrL
3のものが好ましい。 そのようなプラスチック+A利
はポリウレタン、PVClとくにポリウレタンか適して
いる。
これらの4・Δ)’:1は、熱伝導率か、たとえば0.
03〜0.0/lW/mkのように低く、それ故に同[
1)にコンテナの熱絶縁にも適している。
衝撃吸収層の厚さは15〜30馴、とくに20〜25m
mとするのが好ましい。 この層は、コンテナ外壁の内
面にたとえば接着剤、粘着テープなどで貼りつけるか、
表面圧力により固定される。
平坦な形また(はアーヂ状の、いずれにすることしてき
る。
硬質発泡材の絶縁層のカザ密度は、30〜90に3/T
rL3、とくに40〜50kg/TrL3)ものか好ま
しい。 その厚さは20〜80#、とくに30〜50m
とするのか好適である。
この絶縁層のプラスチック材料としては、ポリウレタン
またはPVClとくに熱伝導率が0.02〜0.04W
/mkの硬質PVC介泡材が適している。
この保温層は、補強層で内張すしてコンテナの内側に設
(プる。 補強層としては、表面加工した鉄、ステンレ
ス、アルミニウムその他の金属、立体成形した、または
板状もしくは芯状なとの強固な合成樹脂、または軽足介
泡祠装の押出成形板などを使用することができる。
この被覆加工を施した絶縁層は、衝撃吸収層とは離して
設(プる。 すなわら、衝撃層はいずれの部分でも強く
結合しない状態にしておく。
本発明による絶縁構造は、コンテナ輸送時の使用や積み
上げ(フォークリフトによる)、コンベヤ、こるコンベ
ヤ、巻揚げおよび運搬などのコンテナの取扱時に機械的
な損傷を受けず、また捩り力が作用しても機械的特性お
よび熱的特性を肪うことかない。
第1図あJ:び第2図に、本発明の断熱コンテナの保温
構造を示した。
図において、1はコンテナ外壁であって、接谷1書1a
により衝撃吸収層2か設置ノられている。
3は絶縁層を示し、その内面に補強層4が設けられてい
る。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. コンテナ外壁の内面に柔軟弾性を有し独立気泡で構成さ
    れたカサ密度25〜50kg/m^3、厚さ15〜30
    mmの軟質発泡材からなる衝撃吸収層を、接着剤または
    表面圧力により設け、その上に、補強層を内側に設けた
    カサ密度40〜90kg/m^3、厚さ20〜80mm
    の硬質発泡材からなる保温層を浮かして設けたことを特
    徴とする断熱コンテナの絶縁構造。
