【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、断熱コンテナの絶縁構造に関する。
断熱コンテナの絶縁構造として、その外壁と内壁の間に
発泡ポリウレタンのような保温材を設けたものが知られ
ている。 また、コンテナ壁面を、サンドウィッチ板と
同様の構造と密度をもつ均一な発泡祠で形成することも
既知で必る。

Claims (1)
- コンテナ外壁の内面に柔軟弾性を有し独立気泡で構成さ
れたカサ密度25〜50kg/m^3、厚さ15〜30
mmの軟質発泡材からなる衝撃吸収層を、接着剤または
表面圧力により設け、その上に、補強層を内側に設けた
カサ密度40〜90kg/m^3、厚さ20〜80mm
の硬質発泡材からなる保温層を浮かして設けたことを特
徴とする断熱コンテナの絶縁構造。
