本发明涉及一种复合材料箱体。
背景技术
油田箱体提供勘探、钻井和采油井队的休息场所,提供住宿、洗漱、餐饮等必备功能,需要具备耐火、保温和隔音以及频繁经常起吊的刚度和偶尔经历严酷冲击的强度特性。传统油田箱体采用集装箱式的钢制壳体,内部插接保温岩棉彩钢板式的结构,保温和隔音性能逐渐无法满足井队严苛的生产和生活要求;在零下28度的外部情况下,10平米的传统彩钢板保温房间需要3KW以上的空调才能达到保温要求,而且内部温度很难均匀。传统侧壁大部分采用钢结构瓦伦板,防腐和美观性能大打折扣。并且,20个井队规模的公司每年需要花费近四百万元开支进行营房的防腐工作。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供一种复合材料箱体。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种复合材料箱体,包括多个壁板,多个壁板相互连接形成腔体;其中至少一个壁板包括阻燃蒙皮、芯材和支撑结构,所述阻燃蒙皮包裹所述芯材和支撑结构。

优选地,所述阻燃蒙皮12外包覆有一层外保护层或装饰层。所述外保护层和所述装饰层为纤维增强树脂,纤维增强树脂是纤维和树脂的复合材料,所述树脂为不饱和树脂。纤维包括玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、芳纶纤维、陶瓷纤维、竹纤维、布料、碳纤维、金属纤维、硼纤维、石棉纤维、奥纶纤维、聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、维尼纶纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、棉纤维和剑麻中的一种或几种。
如图3和图4所示,所述的壁板包括:所述壁板包括顶壁板3、底壁板4、左壁板101、右壁板102、前壁板201和后壁板202,顶壁板3、底壁板4、左壁板101、右壁板102、前壁板201和后壁板202形成一个矩形的腔体;顶壁板3、底壁板4、左壁板101、右壁板102、前壁板201和后壁板202至少其中之一设置支撑结构;左壁板101、右壁板102、前壁板201和后壁板202分别支撑顶壁板3的端部,底壁板4的各个端部分别支撑左壁板101、右壁板102、前壁板201和后壁板202。
所述支撑结构包括:第一支撑结构6、第二支撑结构8、第三支撑结构7和第四支撑结构9;左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5两端分别设置第一支撑结构6和第三支撑结构7;顶壁板的芯材5两端分别设置第二支撑结构8,第一支撑结构6和第二支撑结构8连接;底壁板4的芯材5两端分别设置第四支撑结构9,第三支撑结构7和第四支撑结构9连接。
如图5、图6和图7所示,所述的第一支撑结构6包括第一结构梁,左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5顶端分别设置第一结构梁。所述的第二支撑结构8包括第二结构梁,第二结构梁位于第一结构梁的上方,第二结构梁与第一结构梁通过机械紧固件连接或焊接。第一结构梁的长度方向沿左壁板101和右壁板102的长度方向延伸。第二结构梁的长度方向沿第一结构梁的长度方向延伸。
如图5所示,优选地,第一结构梁嵌设于芯材5的外侧,这样,第一结构梁起到支撑作用,芯材5则可以更好地起到保温隔热的作用。而内外侧的阻燃蒙皮12包裹芯材5、第一结构梁和第二结构梁。
如图6所示,这是第一结构梁嵌设于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5顶端的另一个实施方式,第一结构梁嵌设于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5中部。而内外侧的阻燃蒙皮12包裹芯材5、第一结构梁和第二结构梁。
如图7所示,这是第一结构梁设置于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5顶端的另一个实施方式,即,第一结构梁设置于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5顶部。而内外侧的阻燃蒙皮12包裹芯材5、第一结构梁和第二结构梁。图5的实施方式相比较图6和图7的实施方式,其优点在于芯材5则可以更好地起到保温隔热的作用。第二结构梁与第一结构梁连接的部分不设置阻燃蒙皮12。
其中,图5所示的第二支撑结构8和第一支撑结构6可以不完全对齐,而顶壁板3的芯材5端部要支撑于左壁板101和右壁板102上。图6所示的第二支撑结构8和第一支撑结构6是对齐的,顶壁板3的芯材5端部同样要支撑于左壁板101和右壁板102上。
还有,优选地,内侧两个阻燃蒙皮12之间的间隙均可设置填充物18,一个实施例如图6所示。如图8所示,所述的左壁板101和顶壁板3、以及右壁板102和顶壁板3之间的内侧角和外侧角设置L型连接型材20。
如图9至图13所示,所述的第三支撑结构7包括第三结构梁,左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5底部分别设置第三结构梁;所述第四支撑结构9与第三结构梁连接,且第四支撑结构9支撑第三结构梁。第三结构梁的长度方向沿左壁板101和右壁板102的长度方向延伸。内外侧的阻燃蒙皮12包裹芯材5、第三结构梁和第四支撑结构9。
如图9所示,所述的第四支撑结构9包括第四结构梁91和第五结构梁92,第四结构梁91和第五结构梁92的宽度沿底壁板4的长度方向并列连接,底壁板4的芯材5两个端部分别设置第四结构梁91和第五结构梁92的组合。本实施例中,第五结构梁92与第三结构梁通过机械紧固件连接或焊接。第五结构梁92与第三结构梁连接的部分不设置阻燃蒙皮12。
第四支撑结构9、第三结构梁以及左壁板101之间存在的空隙设置填充物18;第四支撑结构9、第三结构梁以及右壁板102之间存在的空隙设置填充物18。本实施所述填充物18为泡沫。填充物18处不设置阻燃蒙皮12。
优选地,第四结构梁91和第五结构梁92的宽度之和大于第三结构梁和左壁板101的宽度之和、第三结构梁和右壁板102的宽度之和。
如图10和图11所示的实施方式是第三结构梁嵌设于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5底端。其中,图10中,第三结构梁位于芯材5的外侧。图11中,第三结构梁位于芯材5的中部。
如图12所示,第三结构梁设置于左壁板101和右壁板102的芯材5的底部。图10的实施方式相比较图11和图12的实施方式,其优点在于,芯材5的保温隔热作用更好。
如图13所示,所述的第四支撑结构9包括第四结构梁91,第四结构梁91设置于底壁板4的芯材5两个端部;第四结构梁91与第三结构梁通过机械紧固件连接或焊接。第四结构梁91、第三结构梁以及右壁板102之间存在的空隙设置填充物18。本实施所述填充物18为泡沫。填充物18处不设置阻燃蒙皮12。第四结构梁91与第三结构梁连接的部分不设置阻燃蒙皮12。优选地,第四结构梁91的宽度大于第三结构梁和左壁板101的宽度之和、第三结构梁和右壁板102的宽度之和。
本实施例所述第一结构梁、第二结构梁、第三结构梁和第四结构梁91均为矩形钢结构梁。第五结构梁92位于底壁板4的最外侧时,为矩形钢结构梁或者梯形钢结构梁。
优选地,本实施例还包括地板层16,地板层16设置于底壁板4的上方,且位于两个左壁板101和右壁板102之间。地板层16的材质为非金属材质。
所述的前壁板201和后壁板202开设门14和窗15。前壁板201、后壁板202分别与顶壁板3以及底壁板4连接的方式与左壁板101、右壁板102分别与顶壁板3以及底壁板4连接的方式相同。或者,由于左壁板101和右壁板102设置了支撑结构,前壁板201和后壁板202不设置支撑结构而与顶壁板3以及底壁板4连接。本实施例所述的连接包括焊接和粘接。本实施例第一结构梁、第二结构梁、第三结构梁、第四结构梁91和第五结构梁92与相连接的部件之间的连接方式为焊接。
优选地,所述的底壁板4的外端面设置多个挂钩17。
一种拓展的形式是,所述的两个左壁板101和右壁板102、两个前壁板201和后壁板202、顶壁板3和底壁板4共同形成的腔体内分隔为多个子空间。
一种拓展的形式是,所述的底壁板4包括多个芯材5,各个芯材5沿底壁板4的长度方向排列,各个芯材5之间设置第六支撑结构。第六支撑结构包括第六结构梁。第六结构梁为矩形钢结构梁。第六结构梁与相邻的芯材5之间为焊接。
一种优选的实施方式是,如图14所示,每一块壁板中的芯材5数目为多个,所述壁板还包括连接件10,所述多个芯材5与所述连接件10连接。如图14和图15所示,所述连接件10具有多个用于容纳芯材的凹槽,所述凹槽的形状与所述芯材5形状相适应,所述芯材设置于所述凹槽内;或者所述连接件10为Z字形,Z字形的连接件10与所述芯材5连接。这样,支撑结构设置于端部的芯材5处即可。
本发明提供一个可以保温的、具有支撑作用的腔体。本发明整体结构能够达到牢固的标准;并且,芯材起到保温的作用;阻燃蒙皮起到阻燃的作用。
本发明中的实施例仅用于对本发明进行说明,并不构成对权利要求范围的限制,本领域内技术人员可以想到的其他实质上等同的替代,均在本发明保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种复合材料箱体,其特征在于,包括多个壁板,多个壁板相互连接形成腔体;其中至少一个壁板包括阻燃蒙皮、芯材和支撑结构,所述阻燃蒙皮包裹所述芯材和支撑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述的壁板包括两层阻燃蒙皮,所述芯材和所述支撑结构排列于所述两层阻燃蒙皮之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述支撑结构设置于所述芯材两侧,所述两层阻燃蒙皮和所述支撑结构围绕所述芯材设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述支撑结构至少设置在所述芯材的两侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述壁板包括顶壁板、底壁板、左壁板、右壁板、前壁板和后壁板,顶壁板、底壁板、左壁板、右壁板、前壁板和后壁板形成一个矩形的腔体;顶壁板、底壁板、左壁板、右壁板、前壁板和后壁板至少其中之一设置支撑结构;左壁板、右壁板、前壁板和后壁板分别支撑顶壁板的端部,底壁板的各个端部分别支撑左壁板、右壁板、前壁板和后壁板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述支撑结构包括:第一支撑结构、第二支撑结构、第三支撑结构和第四支撑结构;
左壁板和/或右壁板的芯材的两端分别设置第一支撑结构和第三支撑结构;
顶壁板的芯材的两端分别设置第二支撑结构,第一支撑结构和第二支撑结构连接;
底壁板的芯材的两端分别设置第四支撑结构,第三支撑结构和第四支撑结构连接;
和/或前壁板和后壁板的芯材的两端分别设置第一支撑结构和第三支撑结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述的第一支撑结构包括第一结构梁,左壁板和/或右壁板的芯材顶端设置第一结构梁;第二支撑结构包括第二结构梁,顶壁板的芯材的两端分别设置第二结构梁;第一结构梁和第二结构梁连接;阻燃蒙皮包裹芯材、第一结构梁和第二结构梁。
8.根据权利要求6所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述的第三支撑结构包括第三结构梁,左壁板和/或右壁板的芯材底端设置第三结构梁;所述第四支撑结构与第三结构梁连接,且第四支撑结构支撑第三结构梁;阻燃蒙皮包裹芯材、第三结构梁和第四支撑结构。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述的第四支撑结构包括第四结构梁,第四结构梁设置于底壁板的芯材的两个端部;第四结构梁与第三结构梁连接、且支撑第三结构梁;阻燃蒙皮包裹第四结构梁。
10.根据权利要求8所述的复合材料箱体,其特征在于,所述的第四支撑结构包括第四结构梁和第五结构梁,第四结构梁和第五结构梁设置于底壁板的芯材的两个端部,第四结构梁和第五结构梁连接,第四结构梁和第五结构梁的宽度沿底壁板的长度方向并列;第四结构梁或第五结构梁其中之一与第三结构梁连接;阻燃蒙皮包裹第四结构梁和第五结构梁。
