Abstract
본 발명은 내복 직후의 초기 pH를 과도하게 상승시키지 않으면서 신속하게 중화시키는 작용이 우수하고 이러한 작용에 근거하여 바람직한 제산효과를 발현하는 고형 제산제를 제공하는데 유용하며, 저중화능 제산제[0.05N 염산 30m1 및 1회 투여량을 사용하여 변형된 푸치 방법에 따라 시험하는 경우 초기 pH가 6 미만이다(예：무수 수산화알루미늄 겔)] 및 pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재(예：에틸 셀룰로즈의 수분산액)로 피복시킨 고중화능 제산제[상술한 바와 같이 시험하는 경우 초기 pH가 6 이상이다(예：수산화마그네슘)]를 고형 제산제의 제산제 성분으로서 함유하는 약제학적 조성물 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 저중화능 제산제, 및 pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재로 피복된 고중화능 제산제를 고형 제산제의 제산제 성분으로서 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.05N 염산 30ml 및 1의 투여량을 사용하는 변형된 푸치 방법에 따라 시험하는 경우, 초기 pH가 6 이만인 저중화능 제산제, 및 pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재로 피복시킨 이의 초기 pH가 6 이상인 고중화능 제산제를 고형 제산제의 제산제 성분으로 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 0.05N 영산 30ml 및 1회 투여량을 사용하는 변형된 푸치 방법애 따라 시험하는 경우, 초기 pH가 6 미만인 저중화능 제산제, 및 pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재로 피복시킨 이의 초기 pH가 6 이상인 고중화능 제산제를 고형제산제의 제산제 성분으로 함유하고, 저중화능 제산제와 고중화능 제산제 자체의 함량의 비율이 0.2 내지 2：1이며, 고중화능 제산제가 pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재로 제산제 1에 대해 기재 5 내지 100중량%의 비율로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재가 에틸 셀룰로즈, 수분산형 에틸 셀룰로즈, 폴리에틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 트리메틸암모니오에틸메타크릴레이트클로리드 및 에틸 아크릴레이트-메틸 메타크릴레이트 공중합체의 유탁액으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 고분자 기재인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고중화능 제산제가 나트륨 화합물 제산제, 마그네슘 화합물 제산제 및 칼슘 화합물 제산제로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 제산제인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마그네슘 화합물 제산제가 산화마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 탄산마그네슘 및 규산마그네슘으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 제산제인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 저중화능 제산제가 알루미늄 화합물 제산제인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물 제산제가 무수 수산화알루미늄 겔 및 규산알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 제산제인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 저중화능 제산제가 무수 수산화알루미늄 겔이고 고중화능 제산제가 수산화마그네슘인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고형 제산제의 제제 형태가 츄잉정, 산제, 과립제, 세립제 또는 캡슐제로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 약제학적 조성물.
- pH 비의존성 및 수불용성 고분자 기재를 용매에 용해 또는 분산시킨 용액 또는 분산액을 고중화능 제산제에 분무 건조시켜 피복을 수행하고, 피복물, 저중화능 제산제 또는 필요한 제제화 성분을 배합시켜 고형 제산제를 수득함을 포함하여 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 ： 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
