Claims (6)

  1. 정제당 최소한 600mg에 해당하는 양의 이부프로펜과 셀룰로오즈 및 셀룰로오즈 유도체를 바탕으로하는 결합제 또는 결합제 혼합물을 혼합하여 균일상 혼합물을 만들고 물로 습기를 가한 후, 혼합물을 사출하여 미세구로 성형하고, 미세구를 건조시킨 후, 중성이며 평균분자량이 약 800,000인 것으로, 하기 부분식(I)의 아크릴 및 메타크릴 에스테르의 공중합체로 구성된 아크릴수지 또는 유사한 특성의 아크릴수지의 분산 수용액으로 피복하고, 건조시킨 후 피복된 미세구를 팽화제 또는 팽화제 혼합물과 섞어서 균일하게 하고, 이를 압착하여, 미세구내에 활성성분을 함유하고 수용액에서 상기 미세구로 빨리 풀어지는 정제로 성형하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 R및 R'의 각각은 수소 또는 메틸을 나타내고, R" 및 R의 각각은 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종정제에 래커층으로 덧붙여 피복함을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 정제당 이부프로펜을 600내지 1200mg의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 결합제가 미세결정 셀룰로오즈 및 수용성 셀룰로오즈 유도체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 아크릴 수지로 에우드라기트 이 30디(Eudragit E30D)를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
  6. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 팽화제로서 셀룰로오즈, 전분, 전분에테르, 펙틴 또는 유사활성을 갖는 팽윤제를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 서방형 이부프로펜 제제의 제조방법.
