Abstract

효소적 측정법에 의해 콜레스테롤을 측정하기 전에 리포단백질을 함유하는 검체에 고비중 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질과 복합체를 형성하는 물질 및 계면활성제를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고비중 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤을 정량적으로 측정하는 방법을 개시한다.
본 방법은 원심분리 등의 전처리 필요가 없고, 간편한 조작으로 효율 좋게 HDL 중의 콜레스테롤을 정량할 수 있다. 또한 적은 시료로 간편하게 조작함으로서 특이적인 측정이 가능하기 때문에 각종 자동 분석 장치에 적용할 수 있어서, 임상 검사의 영역에서도 극히 유용하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 리포단백질을 함유하는 검체에 고비중 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질과 복합체를 형성하는 물질 및 계면 활성제를 첨가한 후, 효소적 측정법에 의해 콜레스테롤을 측정함을 특징으로 하는 고비중 리포단백질중의 콜레스테롤의 정량방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고비중 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질과 복합체를 형성하는 물질 및 계면활성제를 첨가한 검체를 직접 콜레스테롤의 측정에 거는 것이 특징인 고비중 리포단백질중의 콜레스테롤의 정량방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고비중 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질과 복합체를 형성하는 물질이 폴리아니온, 2가 금속이온, 수용성 고분자 화합물 또는 고비중 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 대한 항체인 것이 특징인 고비중 리포단백질중의 콜레스테롤의 정량방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 리포단백질을 용해하는 것이 특징인 고비중 리포단백질중의 콜레스테롤의 정량방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 1항에 있어서, 콜레스테롤의 측정을 콜레스테롤 에스테라제 및 콜레스테롤 옥시다아제를 조합하여 행하는 것이 특징인 고비중 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤의 정량방법.
