Abstract
본 발명은 마무리 어닐링 및 산세척후에 표면을 연마하지 않아도 광택성 및 내식성이 좋은 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의 제조방법에 관한것으로서, 상기 강판은 Si 0.2wt%를 함유하고, 표면에서 10㎛ 깊이까지의 표층부에 Si산화물을 1.0wt% 이하 함유하며, 또한 상기 표층부에 입계침식 깊이가 0.1㎛이상, 0.5㎛이하로 되어 있으며, 또한 AL≤0.005wt%, 0≤0.006wt%를 함유하고, 상기 표층부에 Al 산화물을 0.1wt%이하 함유해도 좋으며, 상기 제조방법에 의해 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판이 싼가격으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강중의 Si함유량과 표면광택 및 내식성과의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (9)
- 마무리 어닐링후에 산세척이 설치된 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판에 있어서, Si 0.2wt% 이하 함유하고, 표면에서 10㎛ 깊이까지의 표층부에 Si산화물을 1.0wt% 이하 함유하고, 또 상기 표층부의 입계 침식 깊이가 0.1㎛이상, 0.5㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, Al 0.005wt%, 0 0.006wt%를 함유하고, 상기 표층부에 Al 산화물을 0.1wt% 이하 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, V : 0.05∼0.8wt% 및 Co : 0.05∼0.5wt%에서 선택된 1종류 이상 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판.
- 가열 후의 소재 탈스케일, 열간압연, 열연판의 어닐링, 열연판의 산세척, 냉간압연, 마무리 어닐링 및 산세척을 실시하여 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, Si 0.2wt%의 소재를 이용하여 표면에서 10㎛ 깊이까지의 표층부에 Si산화물을 1.0wt% 이하 함유하고, 상기 표층부의 입계 침식 깊이가 0.1㎛이상, 0.5㎛이하가 되도록 마무리 어닐링후의 산세척공정으로 표면을 하기식에 나타낸 범위의 평균 용해량으로 용해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의 제조방법.여기서, 평균용해량 : D(g/㎡), Si농도 : E(wt%)
- 제4항에 있어서, 마무리 어닐링후의 산세척 공정으로 다음식에 나타낸 범위를 만족하는 조성의 초산과 불산으로 이루어진 혼합산을 이용하여 표면을 용해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의 제조방법.여기서, 초산농도 : A(g/ℓ), 불산농도 : B(g/ℓ), 용존 Fe 농도 : C(g/ℓ)
- 제4항에 있어서, 소재를 1100℃∼1200℃에서 열간압연하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소재를 열간압연전에 토수압력 200㎏f/㎠ 이상으로 고압 탈스켈링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스텐렌스강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소재에 Al≤0.005wt%, 00.006wt%를 함유시키고, 상기 표층부에 Al 산화물을 0.1wt%이하 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 소재에 V : 0.05∼0.8wt% 및 Co : 0.05∼0.5wt%에서 선택된 1종류 이상 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광택성 및 내식성이 우수한 오스테나이트계 스테인레스강판의제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
