Abstract

자동차의 견인 제어등에 사용되는 견인 제어기에 관한 것으로, 종래 시스템에 있어서 연료 중단이 금지되는 운전 조건에도, 연료 중단이 행해지는 기통수를 늘려 연료 중단을 계속하게 됨으로, 촉매 변환기 등에 발생하는 반응열을 억제하여 내열성을 유지하고, 엔진의 발생토오크를 저하시킬 수 있다. 또한, 슬립이 발생했는지를 판정하는 한계치(SL)를 다기통의 연료 중단이 행해지는 모드에서 높이게 됨으로, 슬립율(S)의 대폭적인 변동을 억제하여, 차량에 발생하는 전후 진동을 방지할 수 있고, 횡력의 변화에 의하여 흔들림율의 증감이 반복되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량 구동바퀴의 회전상태를 검출하는 구동바퀴 회전상태 검출수단과, 검출된 구동바퀴의 회전상태에 근거하여 구동바퀴와 노면간의 슬립율(S)을 연산하는 슬립율 연산수단과, 연산된 슬립율(S)이 한계치(SL)을 넘어서 상승하는 토오크다운 요구시를 판정하는 토오크다운 요구시 판정수단과, 토오크다운 요구시에 일부 기통으로의 연료공급을 정지시키는 통상 연료 중단 수단과, 토오크다운 요구시로 전입한 후의 경과시간(JFCON)을 계측하는 통상 연료 중단 모드 경과시간 계측수단과, 통상 연료 중단 모드 경과시간(JFCON)이 최장경과시간(FCMAX) 이상이 되는 다기통 연료 중단 모드 영역을 판정하는 다기통 연료 중단 모드 영역 판정수단과, 다기통 연료 중단 모드 영역에서 통상 연료 중단 모드 영역보다 많은 기통수로의 연료공급 정지시키는 다기통 연료중단 수단과, 결정된 연료 중단모드에 따라서 각 기통으로의 연료공급을 제어하는 기통별 연료공급 제어수단 및 다기통 연료 중단 모드에서 통상 연료 중단 모드보다 한계치(SL)를 높이는 목표슬립 재설정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 견인 제어기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한계치(SL)는 낮은 차속도 영역에서는 차속도가 높아짐에 따라 점차로 저하되고, 중간 또는 높은 차속도 영여겡서는 차속도가 높아짐에 따라 점차로 상승되게 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 견인제어기.
