Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. 하이드록시 그룹 및 기타 가수분해되기 쉬운 그룹으로부터 독립적으로 선택되는, 규모에 결합되는 두개 이상의 그룹을 갖는 중합체성 재료, 알콕시실란 경화제, 미분된 충전제, 및 중합체성 재료와 알콕시실란 경화제 사이의 축합반응을 촉매하는 촉매 재료의 혼합물 및/또는 반응 생성물을 포함하고, 추가로 화학식 RaSiO4-a/2에 따른 단위(i) 및 화학식 RbR'SiO3-b/2에 따르는 단위(ii)[여기서, R은 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 탄소수 20 이하인 1가 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, a는 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 0 내지 3의 값을 가지며, b는 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 0 내지 2의 값을 가지며, R'은 동일하거나 상이하고 옥시알킬렌 쇄 R''(C2H6O)X(C3H5O)yZ(여기서, R''은 규소 원자에 대한 탄화수소 결합을 나타내고, Z는 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 H 또는 카복실산 잔기를 나타내며,x는 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 0 내지 20의 값을 갖고, y는 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 0 내지 20의 값을 가지며, x+y는 3 내지 40의 값이다)를 나타낸다]로 구성된 실리콘 유기 공중합체를 포함하는 접착촉진제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수분 경화성 조성물 소재를 표면들 사이에 도입함을 포함하여, 두개 이상의 표면에 접착되는 엘라스토머 소재를 표면들 사이에 형성시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단위(ii)의 그룹 R'이 실리콘 유기 공중합체의 40중량% 이하로 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 재료가 말단 그룹 SiMe2OH 또는 SiMe2R″′Si(OR5)3(여기서 R″′은 규소수 6이하의 하나 이상의 실록산 스테이서(spacer)에 의해 차단될 수 있는 2가 탄화수소 그룹이고, R5는 탄수소 6이하의 알킬 그룹, 또는 알킬 그룹이 6개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 옥시알킬 그룹을 나타낸다)을 갖는 적어도 실질적으로 선형인 폴리디오가노실록산임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
