Abstract

본 발명은 폴리오가노실록산(i), 규소 화합물(ⅱ), 임의의 충전재(ⅲ), 및 기타 성분들의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉매량의 화합물(ⅳ)을 반응시킴으로써 제조한 실리콘 조성물(I); 및 광유(Ⅱ)를 포함하는 분산 가능한 실리콘 조성물에 관한 것이다. 광유는 실리콘 조성물(I)용 분산제로서 효과적이다. 광유 함유 조성물 제품은 취급하기가 보다 용이하고, 보다 적은 폐기물을 배출하며, 광유 기재의 제형물 내에 보다 효율적으로 분산된다.

Claims (6)

  1. (I)(ⅰ) 25℃에서의 점도가 20 내지 100,000mm2/s인 식 R1 aSiO(4-a)/2인 폴리오가노실록산(A)(여기서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고, a는 1.9 내지 2.2의 평균치를 갖는다); 25℃에서의 점도가 200내지 100×106mm2/s인 식 R2 b(R3O)CSiO(4-b-c)/2인 폴리오가노실록산(B)(여기서, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고, R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, b는 1.9 내지 2.2의 평균치를 갖고, c는 각 분자 내에 하나 이상의 -OR3그룹을 제공하기에 충분히 큰 수치이고, 이러한 하나 이상의 -OR3그룹은 분자쇄의 말단에 존재한다); 또는 상술한 바와 같은 화합물(A)와 화합물(B)의 혼합물(C) 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리오가노실록산 100중량부, (ⅱ)식 R4 dSiX4-d의 유기 규소 화합물(a)(여기서, R4는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, X는 할로겐 원자 또는 가수분해 가능한 그룹 중에서 선택되고, d는 1 이하의 평균값을 갖는다); 화합물(a)의 부분적으로 가수분해된 축합물(b); (CH3)3SiO1/2단위 및 SiO4/2단위를 0.4:1 내지 1.2:1의 비율로 포함하는 실록산 수지(c); 또는 화합물(c)와 화합물(a)또는 (b)와의 축합물(d)중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 규소 화합물 0.5 내지 20중량부 및 (ⅲ) 성분 (ⅰ)과 성분 (ⅱ)의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉매량의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 50 내지 300℃의 온도에서 반응시킴으로써 제조한 실리콘 조성물, 및 (Ⅱ)광유를 포함하는 분산 가능한 실리콘 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물(I)가, 표면적이 50 내지 300mm2/g인 소수성 실리카인 하나 이상의 충전재(ⅳ) 30중량부 이하를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물(I)가, 25℃에서의 점도가 5 내지 200mm2인 식 R6 e(R9O)fSiO(4-e-f)/2의 폴리오가노실록산(ⅴ)(여기서, R6은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, R9는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, e는 1.9 내지 2.2 이고, f는 분자쇄의 말단에서 각 분자에 둘 이상의 -OR9그룹을 제공하기에 충분한 수치이다)를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 충전재(Ⅲ), 또는 25℃에서의 점도가 2 내지 100mm2/s인 트리메틸실릴-말단화된 폴리디메틸실록산, 25℃에서의 점도가 100 내지 100.000mm2/s인 트리메틸실리-말단화된 폴리디메틸실록산 또는 25℃에서의 점도가 5 내지 100.000mma/2/s인 하이드록실-말단화된 폴리디오가노실록산 중합체 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 폴리오가노실록산(Ⅳ) 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 포화 또는 불포화 비스아미드(Ⅴ)를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 발포 시스템에 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 첨가함을 포함하는, 발포억제방법.
