Claims (6)

  1. A. 백금-촉매 하이드로 규소화 반응에 의해 경화될 수 있으며, 1) 분자당 두 개의 비닐 라디칼을 함유하는 액상 폴리디오가노실록산, 2) 조성물에 존재하는 비닐-함유 물질을 경화시키기에 충분한 양의, 분자당 세 개 이상의 규소-결합수소원자를 함유하는 오가노하이드로겐실록산, 및 3) 비닐-함유물질의 경화를 촉진시키기에 충분한 양의 백금-함유 촉매로 이루어진 제1오가노실록산 물질 ; B. 필수적으로 디오가노비닐실록시 단위, 트리오가노실록시 단위 및 SiO4/2단위로 이루어진 벤젠-가용성 공중합체 0 내지 60중량%(제1오가노실록산 조성물의 중량 기준) [여기서, SiO4/2단위에 대한 디오가노비닐실록시 및 트리오가노실록시 단위 혼합물의 몰비는 0.7 : 1 내지 1.2 : 1이고, 디오가노비닐실록시 단위는 공중합체의 2 내지 8중량%를 구성한다] ; 및 C. 제1오가노실록산 물질과 혼화할 수 있으며, (1) 액상 하이드록실-말단 폴리디오가노실록산과, 필수적으로 규소원자가 세 개 이상의 알콕시 그룹에 결합된 실란으로 이루어진 가교결합제의 혼하물 또는 이러한 혼합물의 반응 생성물(여기서는, 폴리디오가노실록산 중의 규소-결합 하이드록실그룹 몰당 0.5몰 이상의 실란이 존재한다), 및 (2) 수분 경화성 오가노실록산 물질의 경화를 촉진시키기에 충분한 양의, 티탄 오르토에스테르 및 킬레이트화된 티탄 화합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 촉매로 이루어진 수분경화성 오가노실록산 물질 0.1 내지 20중량%(제1오가노실록산 물질의 중량 기준)를 균일하게 혼합하여 수득한 생성물로 이루어지며, 이러한 조성물을 경화시켜 수득한 탄성중합체는 쇼어 A경도계 스케일에서 20 이하의 경도를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 경화성이 있는 자체-접착성 폴리오가노실록산 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1오가노실록산 물질 중의 액상 폴리디오가노실록산은 하기 일반식(a)에 상응하며 ; 경화제의 반복 단위는 Hsio1.5, R5HSiO,및 임의로, 모노오가노실록시, 디오가노실록산, 트리오가노실록시 및 SiO2단위로 이루어진 그룹중의 한 성분 이상으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 여기서 R5및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 하기의 R1과 동일한 그룹 중에서 선택되며 ; 수지상 오가노실록산 공중합체는 필수적으로 SiO2,및 CH2=CH(R4)2SiO1/2의 반복 단위로 이루어지고, 여기서 R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 하기의 R1과 동일한 그룹 중에서 선택되며 ; 하이드록실-말단 폴리디오가노실록산은 하기 일반식(b)의 물질이고 ; 실란은 일반식로 표시되며, 여기서 R9는 하기의 R1과 동일한 그룹 중에서 선택되고 R10은 탄소원자 1 내지 4개를 함유하는 알킬라디칼이며 p는 0 또는 1을 나타내는 조성물.
    상기 식에서, Vi는 비닐 라디칼을 나타내며, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 에틸렌성 불포화가 없고 탄소 원자 1 내지 20개를 함유하는 1가의 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며, n은 25℃에서 0.1 내지 약 100pa,s의 점도에 상당하는 값이고, R7및 R8은 각각 독립적으로 R1과 동일한 그룹 중에서 선택되며, P는 25℃에서 1 내지 약 10pa.s의 점도에 상당하는 값이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1,R3,R4,R5및 R7은 메틸을 나타내며, R2및 R8은 각각 독립적으로 메틸, 페닐 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, R9및 R10은 각각 독립적으로 메틸 또는 에틸이며, R11은 부틸인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R2및 R3는 메틸이며, 수지상 오가노실록산 공중합체는 제1오가노실록산 물질의 10 내지 40중량%를 구성하고, 백금-함유 촉매는 제2염화 백금산과 사이클릭 또는 선형 폴리오가노실록산과의 반응 생성물이며, 수분 경화성 오가노실록산 물질의 농도는 제1오가노실록산 물질의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 10중량%인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1오가노실록산 물질이 디메틸비닐실록시-말단 폴리디메틸실록산, 제1오가노실록산 물질의 중량을 기준으로 하여 10 내지 40중량%의 수지상 오가노실록산 공중합체, 반복 단위가 필수적으로 메틸하이드로겐실록산 단위 또는 메틸하이드로겐실록산과 디메틸실록산 단위의 혼합물로 이루어지는 경화제, 및 백금-함유 촉매로 이루어진 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 수분경화성 물질이 하이드록실-말단 폴리디메틸실록산, 경화제인 메틸트리메톡시실란, 경화촉매인 테트라부틸 티타네이트, 및 보강 실리카 충진제로 이루어지는 조성물.
