Claims (16)

  1. (A) 기본적으로, (1) 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 비닐, 페닐 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 중에서 선택된 유기그룹을 갖고, 히드록실 또는 비닐 그룹으로 앤드블록되며, 25℃에서 0.4 내지 100Pa·s의 점도를 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산 100중량부,
    (2) 일반식
    (여기서 R은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬라디칼 또는 페닐이고, R1은 R 또는 수소이고, x는 y의 0 내지 40%이고, y는 3 이상이며, x+y는 실리콘 하이드라이드의 점도가 25℃에서 0.05Pa·s 이하로 되도록 하는 값이다)의 실리콘 하이드라이드 15 내지 50중량부, (3) 물 0.5 내지 15중량부, (4) 백금 촉매형태의, (A) 백만부당 백금 10 내지 100중량부, (5) 임의의 성분인, SiO4/2단위 : 규소-결합 히드록실 그룹 : (CH3)3SiO1/2단위 : 및 RaRb′SiO(4-a-b)/2및 R″[SiO(R′)bO(3-6)/2]2및 이들의 혼합물 [여기서 R은 4개 이상의 과불소화된 탄소원자를 함유하는 1가의 유기 라디칼이며 연쇄의 메틸렌 단위 둘이상에 의해 또는 연쇄의 메틸렌 단위 둘이상에 결합되는 산소원자에 의해 불소-함유 단위의 규소원자에 결합되고, R′는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬 라디칼이고, R″는 4개 이상의 과불소화된 탄소원자를 함유하는 2가의 유기 라디칼이며 탄소 또는 산소원자에 의해 불소-함유단위의 규소원자에 결합되고, a는 1 또는 2이고, b는 0.1 또는 2이며 a와 b의 합은 3이하인데, 단, R 및 R″가 산소원자를 통해 규소에 결합된 불소-함유 단위를 나타내는 경우, 오르가노실록산 공중합체는 임의로 일반식 GSiO3/2(여기서, G는 분자당 평균 하나이상의 말단 히드록실 그룹을 함유하는 선형 유기중합체의 히드록실 그룹으로부터 수소를 제거함으로써 수득된 잔기이며 폴리에테르, 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜 에틸렌계불포화알코올의 호모폴리머 및 에틸렌계 불포화 알코올과 에틸렌계 불포화 탄화수소와의 공중합체 중에서 선택된다)의 반복 단위를 함유한다]중에서 선택된 불소-함유 단위로 기본적으로 이루어진 수지상 벤젠-가용성 오르가노실록산 공중합체로 기본적으로 이루어진 프로포머(profoamer)(여기에서, SiO4/2단위 및 히드록실이 아닌 모든 단위 : SiO4/2단위의 몰비율은 0.7:1 내지 1.1:1 이며, 언급된 불소-함유단위와 모든 GSiO3/2단위의 농도는 (a) 25℃에서, 0.08Pa·s의 점도를 나타내는 히드록실-앤들블록된 폴리디메틸실록산중의 성분 (5) 의 10중량% 용액에 25℃에서 2.2×10-4N/cm 미만의 표면 장력을 부여하고, (b) 광학적 투명성을 이루기 위해 언급된 10중량% 용액에 크실렌 0 내지 100중량%의 첨가를 필요로 하기에 충분하다.), 및 (6) 임의의 성분인, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알코올로 이루어진 성분들을 혼합하고, (B) 혼합물을, 주위온도에서 기포를 형성시키고 경화시켜 탄성 실리콘 발포체를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 실온에서 연속-셀(open-cell)실리콘 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(1)이 하이드록실 앤드블록 그룹을 갖는 폴리디오르실록산 및 비닐 앤드블록 그룹을 갖는 폴리디오르가노실록산으로 이루어지는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(2)가 15 내지 30중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 실리콘 하이드라이드가, x가 y의 5% 미만인 실리콘 하이드라이드인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(3)이 1 내지 5중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분2가 15 내지 30중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분(3)이 1 내지 5중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로포머 (5)가 1 내지 10중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (5)의 불소-함유 단위가 일반식 RaRb′SiO(4-a-b)/2(여기서 R은 F(CnF2n)(CH2)2OC이고, R′는 메틸이고, a는 1이고, b는 0,1, 또는 2이고, c는 0 또는 1이며, 언급된 불소-함유 단위 각각의 n은 성분 (5)의 다른 불소-함유 단위 중의 n의 값과 동일하거나 상이한 정수를 나타내고 n의 평균 값은 4 내지 20이다)의 불소-함유 단위인 방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알코올 (6)이 1 내지 5중량부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.

  13. 제 1 항에 있어서, 저장 목적을 위해, 성분들을 두 파트(성분(4)가 (1)의 모두 또는 일부분과 한파트이고 성분(2)가 다른 파트이다)로 먼저 혼합하는 방법.
  14. 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 발포체.
  15. 제 8 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 발포체.
