Claims (6)
- (A) 폴리디오가느실옥산(a), 폴리디오가노시클로실옥산(b) 및 그 혼합물 중에서 선택한 올리고머 100중량부(i) (이성분(i)에는 폴리디오가노실옥산(c), 폴리디오가노실옥산(d) 또는 이의 혼합물이 임의로 존재할 수 있다)를 산성 또는 중성의 보강 충진재 2 내지 70중량부와 혼합하여 페이스트형 물질을 수득하고 (B) 70℃ 내지 150℃ 온도의 밀폐 시스템에서 (1) 성분 백만중량부당 트리플루오로메탄설폰산 400 내지 4000 중량부를 사용하여 (A)의 중합반응을 개시시킨 후 (c) 상기 (B) 단계의 생성물을 교반하고 20℃ 내지 100℃의 온도로 조정한 후 바람직한 분자량이 될 때까지 중합시킨 다음 (D) 루이스 염기를 가하여 트리플루오로메탄설폰산을 비활성화시키고 비-크레이프 실리콘 중합체-충진재 혼합물을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 충진재 존재하에 올리고머를 중합시키는 방법.상기식에서, R은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 페닐, 비닐, 알릴 및 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필중에서 선택한 라디칼이고, R′는 탄소수 6이하의 일가 탄화수소라디칼이고, x는 3 내지 50사이의 평균치이고, y는 3 내지 10사이의 평균치이고, z는 0 내지 50사이의 평균치이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보강 충진재가 훈증 실리카이고, 생성된 단계(A)혼합물을 밀폐 시스템내에서 100℃ 내지 200℃의 온도로 유리수가 제거되기에 충분한 시간동안 가열하여 시스템에서 유리수를 제거한 후 단계(B)를 수행하고, 필요하다면 트리플루오로메탄설폰산을 가하기 전이 온도를 100℃ 내지 150℃로 조정하는 방법.
- 제1항이 있어서, 실리콘 중합체-충진재 혼합물을 실리콘 탄성중합체 경화에 적절한 유기 과산화물과 더 혼합하여 경화가능한 조성물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체-충진재 혼합물을 실리콘 탄성중합체 경화에 적절한 유기 과산화물과 더 혼합하여 경화가능한 조성물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R 및 (plus) R'의 0.01 내지 2.0퍼센트가 비닐 라디칼인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체-충진재 혼합물을, (i) 성분의 비닐 라디칼당 최소한 1개의 실리콘-결합된 수소원자를 제공하는 데 충분한 양의 오가노하이드로겐실옥산(이것은 분자당 평균 최소한 3개의 실리콘-결합된 수소원자를 가지면서 메털-하이드로겐실옥산, 디에틸실옥산, 디에틸하이드로겐실옥시, 트리메틸실옥시 및 SiO2유니트에서 선택한 유니트를 함유한다.) 및 실리콘 중합체-충진재 혼합물내의 실리콘 중합체 백만중량부당 최소한 1중량부의 플라티늄을 제공하는데 충분한 양의 플라티늄 촉매를 함유한 경화제와 더 혼합시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
