Abstract

본 발명의 조성물은 반응 생성물(Ⅰ), 비수성 액체 연속층(Ⅱ) 및 적당히 소수성인 입자 안정화 보조제(Ⅲ)을 포함한다. 성분(Ⅰ)은 폴리오르가노실옥산 유체(ⅰ), 규소 화합물(ⅱ), 미분된 충전제(ⅲ) 및 성분(ⅰ) 내지 (ⅲ)의 반응을 촉진하기 위한 촉매량의 화합물(ⅳ)의 혼합물을 50℃ 내지 300℃에서 가열하여 제조한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 추가로 하나 이상의 비이온성 실리콘 계면활성제(Ⅳ) 및 비보강 무기충전제(ⅴ)를 함유할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. (Ⅰ)(ⅰ)(A) 일반식R1 aSiO74-a)/2[여기서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이고 a는 평균값 1.9 내지 2.2이다]로 나타내며 25℃에서 점도가 20 내지 100,000㎟/s(cS)인 폴리오르가노실옥산 및 (B) 일반식R1 b(R3O)CSiO(4-b-c)/2[여기서, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화된 탄화수소 그룹이고, R3는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1가 탄화수소 그룹이며, b의 평균값은 1.9 내지 2.2이고 c는 각 분자중 하나 이상의 -OR3) -OR3그룹 중 한 개 이상이 분자쇄 말단에 존재한다)을 갖기에 충분히 큰 값이다]으로 나타내며 25℃에서 점도가 200 내지 약 100×106㎟/s(cS)인 폴리오르가노실옥산 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실옥산 100중량부; (ⅱ)(a) 일반식 식R4 dSiX4-d[여기서, R4는 탄소수 1 내지 5인 1가 탄화수소 그룹이고, X는 하이드록실 및 가수분해 가능한 그룹 중에서 선택되며, d는 1 미만의 평균값이다.]인 유기규소 화합물, (b) 화합물(a)의 부분적으로 가수분해된 축합물, (c)(CH3)3SiO1/2단위 및 SiO4/2단위(여기서, (CH3)3SiO1/2단위 대 SiO4/2단위의 비는 0.4:1 내지 1.2:1이다.)를 포함하는 실옥산 수지 및, (d) 화합물(c)와 화합물(a) 또는 (b)의 축합물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 규소 화합물 0.5 내지 20중량부; (ⅲ) 하나 이상의 미분된 충전제 0 내지 30중량부; (ⅳ) 성분(ⅰ) 내지 (ⅲ)의 반응을 촉진시키기 위한 촉매량의 화합물을 50℃ 내지 300℃에서 반응시켜 제조된 반응생성물; (Ⅱ) 비수성 액체 연속층; 및 (Ⅲ) 적당히 소수성인 입자 안정화 보조제를 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 (Ⅳ) 하나 이상의 비이온성 실리콘 계면활성제를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 (Ⅴ) 비보강(nonreinforcing) 무기 충전제를 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비보강 무기 충전제가 초미분된 석영인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응생성물(Ⅰ)이 추가로 (ⅴ) 25℃에서 점도가 5 내지 200㎟/s(cS)인 일반식R5 e(R6O)fSiO(4-e-f)/2[여기서, R5는 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1가 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화된 탄화수소 그룹이고, R6은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10인 1가 탄화수소이며, e는 1.9 내지 2.2이고 f는 각 분자중 분자쇄 말단에서 두 개 이상의 -OR6그룹을 제공하기에 충분히 큰 값이다.]의 폴리오가노실옥산을 20중량부 이하로 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실옥산(A)은 25℃에서 점도가 350 내지 15,000㎟/s(cS)인 트리메틸실릴-말단화된 폴리디메틸실옥산이고, 폴리오르가노실옥산(B)은 25℃에서 점도가 1,000 내지 50,000㎟/s(cS)인 하이드록실-말단화된 폴리디메틸실옥산이며, 폴리오르가노실옥산(ⅴ)은 25℃에서 점도가 10 내지 50㎟/s(cS)이고 R1이 메틸 라디칼인 하이드록실-말단화된 폴리디메틸실옥산인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 미분된 충전제(ⅲ)는 열분해법 실리카(fumed silica)이고 규소 화합물(ⅱ)은 알킬그룹의 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 알킬 폴리실리케이트 및 실옥산 수지(c) 중에서 선택된 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 비이온성 실리콘 계면활성제는 (ⅰ) 용매 중에서 폴리알킬렌 글리콜과 축합된 트리메틸실릴 말단 캡핑된 폴리실리케이트; (ⅱ) 용매 중에서 디에스테르와 축합된 트리메틸 실릴 말단캡핑된 폴리실리케이트; 및 (ⅲ) 용매 중 폴리메틸 실옥산 및 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드의 공중합체 중에서 선택된 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실옥산(B)가 25℃에서 점도가 1,000 내지 50,000㎟/s(cS)인 하이드록실-말단화된 폴리디메틸실옥산이고, 규소 화합물(ⅱ)은 실옥산 수지(c)이며 화합물(ⅳ)는 칼륨 실라놀레이트인 조성물.
  10. (Ⅰ) 제1항의 반응 생성물; (Ⅱ) 비수성 액체 연속층; 및 (Ⅲ) 적당히 소수성인 입자 안정화 보조제를 혼합함, 단 성분(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅲ)은 성분(Ⅱ)가 존재하지 않을 때 함께 혼합하지 않음을 특징으로 하여 실리콘 소포제를 제조하는 방법.
