Abstract

본 발명의 감소된 마찰 및 향상된 마모저항을 갖는 생성물은, 이온화 방사선에 노출된 적어도 하나의 불소함유 중합체를 함유한 성형된 수지를 포함한다. 상기 성형된 수지는, 분말 상으로 1 내지 100중량%의 불소함유 중합체와, 이온화 방사선에 노출되지 않은 99 내지 0%의 고분자량 중합체로 구성된다. 바람직하게는, 상기 불소 함유 중합체는 출발 물질인 불소 함유 중합체의 융점보다 낮지 않은 온도에서 산소의 부재 하에서 1KGy 내지 10KGy의 총 방사선량으로 이온화 방사선에 노출된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 적어도 하나의 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체를 함유하는 성형된 수지를 포함하는, 감소된 마찰 및 향상된 마모저항을 갖는 생성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체의 성형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 불소 함유 중합체의 성형 후 이온화 방사선에의 노출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 산소의 부재 하에서 1KGy 내지 10MGy의 총 방사선량으로 상기 이온화 방사선에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 출발 물질인 불소 함유 중합체의 융점보다 낮지 않은 온도에서 상기 이온화 방사선에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는, 이온화 방사선에 노출된 1 내지 100중량%의 상기 불소 함유 중합체 분말과, 상기 이온화 방사선에 노출되지 않은 99 내지 0%의 고분자량 중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 생성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 불소함유 중합체 분말을 1㎜ 미만의 평균 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 분말의 혼합물을 프레스에 의해 성형함으로써 제조되고, 상기 분말은 1 내지 100중량%의 상기 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체와, 상기 이온화 방사선에 노출되지 않은 99 내지 0%의 고분자량 중합체 분말로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체 분말은 산소의 부재 하에서 1KGy 내지 10MGy의 총 방사선량으로 상기 이온화 방사선에 노출됨으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체 분말은 출발 물질인 불소 함유 중합체의 융점보다 낮지 않은 온도에서 산소의 부재 하에서 이온화 방사선에 노출됨으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소 함유 중합체는, 테트라플루오로메틸렌 중합체, 테트라플루오로메틸렌-퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  12. 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체를 함유하는 성형된 수지를 포함하고, 그것의 융점은 325℃보다 낮으며, 그것의 결정화 열량은 40J/g보다 작고, 그것의 마모 계수는 방사선 비조사된 불소 함유 중합체를 함유하는 성성된 수지의 마모 계수의 절반보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는, 감소된 마찰 및 향상된 마모저항을 갖는 생성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는, 불소 함유 중합체를 성형한 다음, 출발 물질인 불소 함유 중합체의 융점보다 낮지 않은 온도에서 산소의 부재 하에서 이온화 방사선에 노출시키므로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 수지는 이온화 방사선 조사된 불소 함유 중합체 분말을 프레스에 의해 성형함으로써 제조되고, 상기 이온화 방사선 불소 함유 중합체 분말은 출발 물질인 불소 함유 중합체의 융점보다 낮지 않은 온도에서 산소의 부재 하에서 이온화 방사선에 노출된 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
