Abstract
CCD 출력 신호는 아날로그 클램프 회로(43)에 의해 아날로그 클램프 에리어에 클램프되고, 그 후 A/D변환기(46)에서 디지탈 신호로 변환된다. 디지탈 신호는 그 후 클램프 레벨 산출 회로(50)에서 클램프 레벨을 산출되고, 이것에 의해 제1감산 회로(82)에서 디지탈 클램프를 건다. 여기에서, 아날로그 클램프 에리어는 그횡 방향 양단이 디지탈 클램프 에리어외에 위치하도록 설정된다. 따라서, 아날로그 클램프를 가할 때에 아날로그 클램프 에리어의 횡 방향 양단에서 CCD 출력 신호에 노이즈가 중첩됨으로써도 그 노이즈가 디지탈 클램의 처리에 영향을 미치지 않는다.
아날로그 클램프 에리어의 횡 방향 양단이 디지탈 클램프 에리어외에 위치하도록 아날로그 클램프 에리어를 설정했기 때문에, CCD 출력에 적절한 디지탈 클램프를 가할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- CCD 이미지 생성 장치로부터 출력되는 각 라인 신호를 상시 CCD 이미지 생성 장치의 아날로그 클램프 에리어에서 아날로그 클램프 수단에 의해 클램프한 후 디지탈 신호로 변환하고, 상기 디지탈 신호를 디지탈 클램프 에리어에서 디지탈 클램프 수단에 의해 클램프하는 디지탈 카메라에 있어서, 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어의 수평 방향 양단이 상기 디지탈 클램프 에리어 밖에 위치하도록 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어를 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 카메라.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어는 적어도 수평 방향에 대해 상기 디지탈 클램프 에리어를 덮도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 카메라.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어는 상기 디지탈 클램프 에리어와 다른 에리어에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 카메라.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 CCD 이미지 생성 장치의 전체 에리어를 이용하는 제1촬영 모드에서는 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어 및 상기 디지탈 클램프 에리어가 상기 라인 신호의 뒤쪽 가장자리에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 카메라.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 CCD이미지 생성 장치의 에리어 중 수직 방향 일단 수평 방향 일단을 포함하는 일부의 에리어를 이용하는 제2촬영모드에서는 상기 아날로그 클램프 에리어와 상기 디지탈 클램프 에리어가 상기 수직 방향 일단 및 상기 수평 방향 일단의 각각에 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 카메라.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
