Claims (1)
- 수광부상에 집광렌즈가 형성된 고체촬상장치에 있어서, 상기 수광부와 상기 집광렌즈와의 사이에 각 굴절율이 상기 집광렌즈로부터 상기 수광부에 향하여 순차 커지도록 복수의 막을 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
