Abstract
차량의 앞좌석 및 뒷좌석 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 측면 충돌 보호 장치는 접혀진 상태에서 팽장된 상태로 전환 가능한 세장형 머리 보호용 가스 백(10')을 포함한다. 가스 백(10')은 두 개의 대향하는 측면 단부(12,14)를 구비하며, 팽장된 상태에서 상기 앞좌석 탑승자의 측면으로부터 상기 뒷좌석 탑승자의 측면까지 연장한다. 측면 보호 장치는 일반적인 것으로, 앞좌석과 뒷좌석의 탑승자를 보호하는 저렴한 보호 장치이다.

Claims (17)
- 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)을 구비한, 차량 탑승자를 위한 측면 충돌 보호 장치에 있어서, 머리 보호용의 세장형 가스 백(10)은, 팽창된 상태에서 차량의 앞좌석 탑승자의 측면 영역으로부터 뒷좌석 탑승자의 측면 영역까지 최대한 멀리 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접혀진 상태에서, 상기 머리 보호용의 가스 백(10)은 차량의 A 필러(20)의 일부를 따라, 지붕 프레임(30)을 따라 그리고 C 필러(40)의 일부를 따라 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 접혀진 상태에서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 차량의 A 필러(20)로부터 C 필러(40)까지 최대한 멀리 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 일단부(12)는 A 필러(20)에 그리고 반대쪽 단부(14)는 C 필러(40)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 일단부(12)는 A 필러(20)에 그리고 반대쪽 단부(14)는 C 필러(40)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창된 상태에서 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 상부가 되는 가장자리에서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 차량의 A 필러(20)와, 지붕 프레임(30)과 C 필러(40)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 가스 발생기(60)가, 차량의 A 필러(20) 및/또는 C 필러(40)에 부착되며, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 일단부(12)에 형성된 적당한 가스 유입 개구(16)를 통하여 가스 백의 내부와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.ㅓ
- 제1항에 있어서, 접혀진 상태에서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 호스형의 장착용 차폐물(22)내에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 장착용 차폐물(22)은 차량에 나사체결되며 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 팽창된 상태에서 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 상부 가장자리를 따라 차량에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 장착용 차폐물(22)은 종방향으로 연장하는 슬롯형 유출 개구(34)를 구비하며, 상기 개구는 상기 장착용 차폐물(22)이 끼워맞춤 고정되어 있는 상태에서 측면 창(24)을 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 장착용 차폐물(22)은 신축성 있는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호 장치는 현존하는 차량에 재차 끼워맞춰지는 유니트 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.ㅓ
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 팽창된 상태에서 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백을 부분적으로 조이도록 적용되는 하나 이상의 요소(38)를 포함하며, 상기 요소는 종방향을 가로질러 연장하며 팽장동안 종방향으로 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)을 단축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 죄임 요소(38)는 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 벽에 나사체결되며 끈이나 테이프 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 요소(38)는 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)의 하부 가장자리 부분(42)을 조이는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 팽창된 상태에서, 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)은 측면창의 바닥 부분까지 최대한 멀리 연장하며, 난부(12,14)를 향하여 기울어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열 저항 박편이 상기 가스 백의 내부에 배치되며, 상기 박편은 상기 가스 백의 내면에 대항하게 놓이며, 상기 박편은 상기 머리 보호용 가스 백(10)이 팽창된 상태에서 견인력에 의하여 영향을 받지 않는 크기와 배열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 충돌 보호 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
