Abstract
본 발명은 목질합성판의 표면에 천연목에 가까운 나무결 등의 모양을 형성하여 목질감을 향상시키는 목질합성판의 모양형성방법을 제공한다.
본 발명에 있어서 목질합성판은 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 형성한 것이다. 이 목질합성판은 제1연삭공정에서 목질합성판의 적어도 한쪽 표면의 전면에 일방향으로의 손상조를 다수 형성하고, 착색제도포공정에서 상기 손상조를 형성한 표면에 착색제를 도포하는 것에 의해 착색제가 표면 목분에 침투하여 깊은 멋이 생기는 동시에 손상조의 요입부내에 착색제가 잔류하여 요입부 착색층이 형성된다. 제2연삭공정에서 상기 착색제 도포면의 전면에 요입부 착색층을 남겨 두고 연삭 연마하여 상기 손상조를 다수 형성하는 것에 의해 목질감 있는 모양이 형성되고, 나무결 인쇄공정에서는 상기 연마면에 나무결무늬를 인쇄함으로써 상기 모양과 나무결무늬와의 상승작용에 의해 깊은 목질감이 있는 모양이 형성된다.

Claims (12)
- 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 형성한 목질합성판의 적어도 한쪽 표면 전면에 일방향으로의 손상조를 다수 형성하는 연삭공정과, 상기 손상조를 형성한 표면에 착색제를 도포하는 공정과, 상기 목질합성판의 상기 착색제 도포면 전면에 요입부 착색층을 남겨두고 연삭연마하여 상기 손상조를 다수 형성하는 것에 의해 모양을 형성하는 제2연삭공정과, 상기 연마면에 나무결무늬를 인쇄하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 형성한 후육 목질합성판을 0.2~50mm의 두께로 슬라이스하여 얻은 박판의 목질합성판인 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 형성한 목질합성판의 적어도 한쪽 표면 전면에 일방향으로의 손상조를 다수 형성하는 것에 의해 목질합성판의 표면스킨층을 제거하여 셀룰로스계 파쇄물을 노출시키는 연삭공정과, 상기 손상조를 형성한 표면에 나무결무늬를 인쇄하는 공정과, 상기 인쇄면에 투명도료를 도포하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 함유수분량 0.3중량퍼센트 이내의 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트를 혼합, 가열, 연성하여 스크류우로 성형다이로 압출시킨 압출생지를 서냉하고, 또 이 압출생지에 압출력을 저항하는 억제력을 가하여 압출생지의 밀도를 높혀서 목질합성판을 얻고, 이 목질합성판의 적어도 한쪽 표면 전면에 일방향으로의 손상조를 다수 형성하는 것에 의해 목질합성판의 표면스킨층을 제거하여 셀룰로스계 파쇄물을 노출시키는 제1연삭공정과, 상기 손상조를 형성한 표면에 착색제를 도포하는 공정과, 상기 목질합성판의 상기 착색제 도포면 전면에 요입부 착색층을 남겨 두고 연삭연마하여 상기 손상조를 다수 형성하는 것에 의해 모양을 형성하는 제2연삭공정과, 상기 연마면에 나무결무늬를 인쇄하는 공정을 적어도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 평균입경 10메쉬 이하의 셀룰로스계 파쇄물에 대해 교반충격력을 가해 마쇄 및 교반하여 그 교반충격력에 의해 전단력에 의해 전단발열을 일으키고, 이 전단발열에 의해 상기 셀룰로스계 파쇄물의 함유수분량을 0.3중량퍼센트 이내로 저하시켜 상기 셀룰로스계 파쇄물을 분쇄 건조하고, 이어서 상기 함유수분량을 0.3중량퍼센트 이내로 한 셀룰로스계 파쇄물 20~65중량퍼센트에 대해 열가소성수지성형재 35~80중량퍼센트를 혼입, 가열, 연성하여 스크류우로 성형다이로 압출시킨 압출생지를 서냉하고, 또 이 압출생지에 압출력에 저항하는 억제력을 가해 압출생지의 밀도를 높혀서 얻은 목질합성판인 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판내의 셀룰로스계 파쇄물이 메쉬 50~170μ의목분인 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1연삭공정이 목질합성판의 양측 표면 전면에 일방향으로의 손상조를 다수 형성하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2연삭공정이 목질합성판의 상기 착색제 도포면 전면에 제1연삭 공정에서의 상기 손상조와 동일한 방향으로 요입부 착색층을 남겨두고 연삭연마하여 손상조를 다수형성하는 것에 의해 모양을 형성하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 열가소성수지성형재로서 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌에 대해 셀룰로스계 파쇄물로서 목분 30~65중량퍼센트, 바람직하게는 40~65중량퍼센트, 보다 바람직하게는 50~55중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 열가소성수지 성형재로서 PVC에 대해 셀룰로스계 파쇄물로서 목분 20~65중량퍼센트, 바람직하게는 30~53중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 열가소성수지 성형재로서 ABS, 나일론 또는 폴리카보네이트에 대해 셀로로스계 파쇄물로서 목분 20~50중량퍼센트, 바람직하게는 30~40중량퍼센트의 혼합비로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 목질합성판이 셀룰로스계 파쇄물의 혼합중량에 대해20~30중량퍼센트의 산화티탄을 혼입하여 백새도를 증사시켜서 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 목질합성판의 모양형성 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
