본 발명은 트라마돌의 라세미체를 분리하는 방법을 기술한다.

Claims (5)
- 라세미 트라마돌 염을 염기로 전환시키고, (-)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 L-(+)-타르타르산으로 침전 시켜서 분리하고, (+)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 염기를 방출시키고 후속적으로 타르트레이트와 상기한 여으로 전환시킴으로써 타르타르산 침전물로부터의 모액으로부터 단리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 트라마돌 라세미체를 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라세미 트라마돌 하이드로 클로라이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 용매의 존재하에 바람직하게는 지방족 C1-5알콜의 존재하에 L-(+)-타르타르산으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (-)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 결정화에 의해 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (-)- 및 (+)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 하이드로 클로라이드로서 단리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
