본 발명은 트라마돌의 라세미체를 분리하는 방법을 기술한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 라세미 트라마돌 염을 염기로 전환시키고, (-)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 L-(+)-타르타르산으로 침전 시켜서 분리하고, (+)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 염기를 방출시키고 후속적으로 타르트레이트와 상기한 여으로 전환시킴으로써 타르타르산 침전물로부터의 모액으로부터 단리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 트라마돌 라세미체를 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 라세미 트라마돌 하이드로 클로라이드를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 용매의 존재하에 바람직하게는 지방족 C1-5알콜의 존재하에 L-(+)-타르타르산으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (-)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 결정화에 의해 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, (-)- 및 (+)-트라마돌 거울이성체를 하이드로 클로라이드로서 단리시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
