Abstract

본 발명은 복수개의 메모리 블럭과 연결되어 데이타를 전송하는 데이타 버스에서, 상기 데이타 버스를 복수개의 구간으로 분할하고 그 분할된 데이타 버스 구간중 활성화되지 않은 메모리 블럭과 연결된 데이타 버스구간과 활성화된 메모리 블럭과 연결된 데이타 버스 구간이 분리되도록 구성되어, 데이타 버스에서 발생되는 기생 용량을 줄임으로써 동작 속도를 향상시킨 고속 반도체 메모리의 데이타 버스 구동 회로에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 복수개의 메모리 블럭과 연결되어 데이타를 전송하는 데이타 버스에서, 상기 데이타 버스를 복수개의 구간으로 분할하고 그 분할된 데이타 버스 구간중 활성화되지 않은 메모리 블럭과 연결된 데이타 버스 구간과 활성화된 메모리 블럭과 연결된 데이타 버스 구간이 분리되도록 한 반도체 메모리의 데이타 버스 구동 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이타 버스는 스위치를 통해 복수개의 구간으로 분할됨을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리의 데이타 버스 구동 회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 엔 모스 트랜지스터로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리의 데이타 버스 구동 회로.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위치는 트랜스미션 게이트로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 반도체 메모리의 데이타 버스 구동 회로.
