Claims (3)

  1. 의미있는 레벨이 접지전위측에 설정된 제어신호에 기초해서 그 동작이 제어되는 회로블럭(13)과, 이 회로블럭(13)의 동작을 제어하기 위한 제어신호(WE)를 전달하는 배선(12)을 구비한 반도체집적회로에 있어서, 상기 배선(12)에 의해 전달되는 제어신호(WE)의 의미있는 레벨을 고전위측에 설정함과 더불어 상기 배선(12)의 신호를상기 회로블럭(13) 근방에 설치된 반전회로(14)를 매개로 회로블럭(13)에 공급하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반전회로(14)는, 상기 제어신호(WE)가 의미없는 상태일 때 고전위로 되는 노드(23)와 전원 전압(Vcc)간에 설치된 제1의 용량(25)과, 상기제어신호(WE)가 의미없는 상태일 때 접지전위(Vss)로 되는 노즈(28)와 접지전압(Vss)간에 설치된 제2의 용량(30)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 용량이 각각 다른 디플레이션 MOS트랜지스터(25,30)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로.
