Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 윈드 쉴드 글라스의 오염시 와이퍼를 작동시켜 닦아줄 때 윈드 쉴드 글라스에 와셔액을 분사시켜 주는 와셔노즐 작동장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 와셔 노즐의 분사공을 개폐시켜 주는 개폐로드를 편차 형상의 캠을 이용하여 와이퍼가 윈드 쉴드 글라스에서 이동하는 부위를 선택하여 와셔액을 분사시켜 주므로써, 와셔액의 손실을 줄이고, 주행시 와셔액이 전면에 분사되지 않고 부분적으로 분사되어 운전자의 시계확보가 용이하도록 하면서 와셔액의 분출 압력도 향상시킬 수 있고 와이퍼의 마찰도 줄일 수 있도록 한 차량용 와셔 노즐 작동장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 모터(10)와 링키지(11) 및 벨트(12)를 통하여 동력을 전달받아 동작하여 와셔 노즐(13)(13')의 분사공(14)(14')을 개폐시켜 줄 수 있도록 개폐공(19)(19')을 갖는 개폐로드(15)(15')를 벨트(12)에 의해 동작하는 캠(16)을 이용하여 와이퍼(17)가 윈드 쉴드 글라스(18)에서 이동하는 부위로 선택하여 와셔액을 분사시킬 수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 와셔노즐 작동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트(12)에 의해 동작하여 개폐로드(15)(15')를 동작시켜 노즐(13)(13')의 분사공을 개폐시키는 캠(16)에 원형부(21)와 편차부(20)를 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 차량용 와셔노즐 작동장치.
