Abstract

본 발명은 굴절률 변조 재료로 제조된 굴절률 변조 소자에 관한 것이다. 굴절률은 열적 변조된다. 굴절률 변조 재료는 화학식 RnSiO(4-n)/2의 실리콘 수지 (여기서, n은 평균 0.5 내지 3이고, R은 탄소수 1 내지 18의 지방족 또는 방향족 그룹이거나 다른 작용 그룹이다)이다. 실리콘 수지는 350 내지 1,600nm의 파장 범위 내에서의 분광 투과율이 평균 80% 이상이고 굴절률의 온도 의존성이 -0.001/℃ 내지 -0.00005/℃이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 350 내지 1600nm의 파장 범위에서 평균 분광 투과율이 80%를 초과하고 굴절률의 온도 의존성이 -0.001 내지 -0.00005/℃인 폴리실록산 재료로부터 형성된 굴절률 변조 소자를 포함하는 굴절률 변조장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지가 RnSiO(4-n)/2의 평균 구조(여기서, n은 0.5 내지 3의 수이고, R은 수소원자, 하이드록실 그룹, 에폭시 그룹, 아민 함유 작용 그룹, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 포화 또는 불포화 지방족 탄화수소 그룹, 탄소수 6 내지 18의 방향족 탄화수소 그룹 또는 탄소수 1 내지 18의 할로겐화 탄화수소 그룹이다)를 가지며, 이의 융점 내지 250℃에서의 점도가 20000mPa.s(cP) 미만인 굴절률 변조장치.
  3. 광 반송 매체에 폴리실록산 재료를 도포하는 단계, 도포된 폴리실록산 재료를 경화시켜 굴절률 변조 소자를 형성시키는 단계 및 굴절률 변조 소자 위에 열 인가 수단을 설치하는 단계를 포함하여, 제1항의 굴절률 변조장치를 제조하는 방법.
