Abstract

본 발명에서는 중앙코어, 비-이오노머 폴리올레핀 물질 적절하게는 플라스토머를 포함하는 내측커버층 그리고 열가소성 물질로 구성된 외측커버층을 가지는 골프공에 대해 상술한다.
내측과 외측커버층의 복합두께는 적어도 0.10인치이다.
골프공은 적어도 약 0.780의 복원상수를 가진다. 여기에서 상술한 골프공을 만드는 방법에 대해 상술한다.

Claims (21)

  1. 골프공의 구성에 있어서 코어, 적어도 50W+% 비-이오노머 폴리올레핀 재질을 포함하는 내측커버층 그리고, 열가소성 물질로 구성된 외측커버층, 복원상수가 0.780이고 전체커버두께가 적어도 약 0.10인치인 골프공으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 내측커버층은 쇼어 D경도가 65이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 외측커버층은 내측커버층보다 더 단단하고 적어도 쇼어 D경도가 60인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 내측커버층과 외측커버층의 복합두께가 적어도 약 0.12인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 내측커버층은 적어도 약 0.040인치 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 외측커버층은 이오노머로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  7. 제1항에 있어서 내측커버층의 폴리올레핀 물질이 적어도 50W+% 플라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 내측커버층의 폴리올레핀물질은 메탈로센-촉매된 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  9. 코어, 메탈로센 촉매된 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 내측커버층, 그리고, 열가소성물질로 구성된 외측커버층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 내측커버층의 폴리올레핀 물질이 적어도 50W+% 플라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  11. 제9항에 있어서 내측커버층이 약 20~65 쇼어 D경도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  12. 제9항에 있어서 내측커버층은 적어도 약 0.040인치 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  13. 제9항에 있어서 외측커버층은 이오노머로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  14. 제9항에 있어서 내측커버층은 적어도 약 75W+% 메탈로센-촉매된 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  15. 제9항에 있어서 내측커버층은 약 1,000~50,000p.s.i연성모듈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  16. 탄성복원상수가 0.780을 가지는 골프공을 만드는 방법에 있어서 골프공은 코어를 가지고 열가소성 물질로 구성된 외측커버층을 가지는 골프공으로 이때 만드는 방법은 코어의 커버층사이에 메탈로센-촉매된 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 내측커버층을 위치시키는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  17. 제16항에 있어서 내측커버층은 적어도 50W+%메탈로센-촉매된 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  18. 복원상수가 0.780이고 열가소성 물질로 구성된 외측커버와 코어를 가지는 골프공을 만드는 방법에 있어서 코어와 외측커버층 사이에 내측커버층을 위치시키는 것으로 구성되고 내측커버층은 적어도 50W+%비-이오노머 폴리올레핀 물질을 포함하고 적어도 약 0.030의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  19. 제18항에 있어서 내측커버층은 적어도 75W+% 플라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  20. 제18항에 있어서 내측커버층과 외측커버층의 두께 총합은 적어도 0.10인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  21. 제18항에 있어서 내측커버층은 외측커버층보다 연성인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
