Abstract

본 발명에서 코아, 이오노머로 이루어지며 쇼어 D경도 65이하를 가지는 안쪽 커버층, 안쪽 커버층과 다른 조성의 이오노머로 이루어지며 쇼어 D경도 65이상을 가진 바깥쪽 커버층을 가지는 다층 골프공이 제시된다. 안쪽 커버층의 두께와 바깥쪽 커버층의 두께의 합은 0.090인치 이상이다. 이러한 골프공을 만드는 방법도 제시된다.

Claims (20)

  1. 코아, 이오노머로 이루어지며 65이하의 쇼어 D경도를 가지는 안쪽커버층, 그리고 이오노머로 구성되며 안쪽커버층보다 단단하며 65이상의 쇼어 D경도를 가지는 바깥쪽 커버층으로 구성되며, 안쪽커버층 두께와 바깥쪽 커버층 두께의 합이 0.090인치 이상인 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공이 0.780이상의 복원계수를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 안쪽 커버층이 0.025~0.200인치의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 바깥쪽 커버층이 0.025~0.200인치의 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 안쪽 커버층이 65이하의 쇼어 D경도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 바깥쪽 커버층이 65이상의 쇼어 D경도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 안쪽 커버층이 10% 이상이 중화되는 15%이하의 산을 가지는 이오노머로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 바깥쪽 커버층이 10% 이상이 중화되는 16%이상의 산을 가지는 이오노머로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 공이 1.70인치 이상의 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 코어가 열경화성 고무로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 안쪽 커버층이 단단한 이오노머와 유연한 이오노머의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 공의 PGA압축이 110임을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 공의 PGA압축이 100임을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  14. 코어, 이오노머로 이루어지며 쇼어 D경도 65를 가지는 안쪽커버층, 그리고 이오노머로 이루어지며 65 이상의 쇼어 D경도를 가지며 안쪽층보다 더 단단한 바깥쪽 커버층으로 구성되며, 골프공이 PGA압축 110과, 780 이상의 복원계수를 가지며 안쪽커버층 두께와 바깥쪽 커버층 두께의 합에 대한 공의 직경의 비가 19:1보다 작은 골프공.
  15. 골프공 코어를 만들고, 이오노머로 이루어지고 65 이하의 쇼어 D경도를 가지는 안쪽 커버층을 코어 위에 형성하고, 그리고 안쪽 커버층보다 단단하며 60 이상의 쇼어 D 경도를 가지며 안쪽 커버층 두께와 바깥쪽 커버층 두께의 합이 0.090인치 이상이 되게하는 바깥쪽 커버층을 안쪽커버층 위에 형성하는 것을 포함하는 다층 골프공 제조법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 공의 PGA압축이 107이 되도록 코어, 안쪽 커버층, 바깥쪽 커버층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 골프공이 .780이상의 복원계수를 갖도록 안쪽 커버층과 바깥쪽 커버층이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 안쪽 커버층이 0.025~0.200인치 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 바깥쪽 커버층이 0.025~0.200인치의 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 1.70인치 이상의 두께를 가지는 골프공을 만들도록 코어의 직경과 안쪽 커버층 및 바깥쪽 커버층의 두께가 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
