Abstract
본 발명은 안티-록 제어기를 구비한 브레이크 시스템을 위한 제어량으로서의 페달력(pedal force)을 측정하는 방법 및 회로에 관한 것이다. 그 페달력을 측정하기 위해, 안티-록 제어기(anti-lock control)에 의한 제동중에 수압 펌프의 구동 모터(19)는 발전기 작동식으로 전환되고, 발전기 전압(UM)의 크기 및 그 전압의 소멸 양식(fade-out bdhavior)이 평가된다. 수압 펌프는 압력 감소 중에 휘일(wheel) 브레이크로 부터 배출되는 압력 유체를 되돌려 보내거나, 보조 압력을 공급한다. 페달력에 따른 공급 압력은 발전기 전압 및 그 전압의 소멸 양식에 의해 대략적으로 측정될 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 회로의 가장 중요한 전자 유닛(units)의 블록도 (block diagram),
제2도는 3가지 특징적인 상황에서 발전 전압의 변화를 도시한 선도로서, 제2A도는 낮은 공급 압력에서, 제2B도는 중간 공급 압력에서, 제2C도는 높은 공급 압력에서의 발전 전압의 변화를 도시한 선도이다.
Claims (8)
- 제동압력 제어중에 휘일 브레이크로 부터 배출되는 압력 유체를 되돌려 보내거나 보조 압력을 발생시키기 위한 전동식 수압 펌프를 포함하는 안티-록 제어 방식 브레이크 시스템에서 안티-록 제어에 의한 제동중에 제어량(control quantity)으로서의 페달력을 측정하는 방법으로서, 안티-록 제어기로 제동하는 중에, 수압 펌프의 구동 모터를 공급 압력을 측정하기 위해 미리 설정된 시간만큼 작동정지 시키거나 발전기 작동식으로 전환하여 발전 전압의 세기와 발전 전압의 변화나 소멸 양식을 평가하여 페달력에 대한 함수로서의 공급 압력의 근사치를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급 압력을 계측하는 시간 간격을 일련의 짧은 펄스로 예비 설정하며, 상기 펄스의 지속시간중에 발전기 전압의 크기 및 소멸 양식을 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 짧은 펄스는 0.5 내지 1초(1 내지 2 헤르쯔)간격으로 연속되고, 각 펄스의 지속시간은 30 내지 300 밀리초인 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 브레이크 시스템내의 수압 펌프는 펄스 트레인에 의해 작동되며, 수압 펌프의 구동 모터는 각 작동 펄스 후에 발전기 작동식으로 전환되고, 발전기 전압의 크기 및 소멸 양식이 평가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (중간의) 제동 압력 증가 기울기와, 제동 압력 증가 펄스의 지속 시간과, 제동 압력 증가 펄스의 펄스 지속시간/펄스 정지시간의 비와, 제동 압력 감소 밸브의 작동과 제어 주파수와 같은 제어량 중의 하나 이상을 공급 압력에 대응하여 변화시키거나 조정하거나 또는 미리 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수압 펌프의 공급 능력 또는 (평균) 회전속도를 공급 압력에 대응하여 미리 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 페달력 측정 방법을 실행하기 위한 회로로서, 바퀴의 회전 양태를 측정하는 감지기와, 감지기 신호를 평가하고, 제동 압력 신호를 발생시키며, 압력 유체를 되돌려 보내거나 보조 압력을 발생시키는 전동식 수압 펌프를 작동시키는 전자 제어기를 구비하며, 안티-록 제어기로 제동하는 중에 하나의 또는 일련의 예비설정 간격동안 수압 펌프의 구동 모터(19)를 단속시키거나 발전기 작동식으로 변환시키고, 이러한 간격중에 발전기 전압(UM)의 소멸 양식 및 크기를 계측하며, 공급 압력을 대략적으로 측정하기 위해 상기 게측량을 평가하고, 공급 압력을 나타내는 신호를 전자 제어기(15)로 공급하는 계측 회로(21 내지 23)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페달력 측정 회로.
