Abstract
종래의 블랙매트릭스의 형성에 따른 제문제를 해결하고, 차광성에 뛰어나며, 표시화상에 명확성이나 선명성을 주는 블랙매트릭스를 제공하는 것.
흑색안료와 이 안료의 바인더로 이루어지는 블랙매트릭스용 조성물에 있어서, 상기의 흑색안료가 2종 이상의 금속의 산화물로 이루어지고, 스피넬형 혹은 역스피넬형의 결정구조를 가진 복합산화물 흑색안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스용 조성물, 이 조성물을 사용하여 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법 및 블랙매트릭스를 부착한 물품.

Claims (13)
- 흑색안료와 이 안료의 바인더로 이루어지는 블랙매트릭스용 조성물에 있어서, 상기의 흑색안료가 2종류 이상의 금속의 산화물로 이루어지고, 스피넬형 혹은 역스피넬형의 결정구조를 가진 복합산화물 흑색안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합산화물 흑색안료가, 동, 크롬, 철, 망간, 코발트, 알루미늄, 니켈, 아연, 안티몬, 티탄 및 바륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 2종류 이상의 금속을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물인 블랙매트릭스용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합산화물 흑색안료가, 동과 클롬을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물 흑색안료, 동과 망간을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물 흑색안료, 동과 철과 망간을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물 흑색안료, 코발트와 크롬과 철을 주금속성분으로하는 복합산화물 흑색안료, 코발트와 크롬과 철과 망간을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물 흑색안료 및 코발트와 니켈과 크롬과 철을 주금속성분으로 하는 복합산화물 흑색 안료로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 복합산화물 흑색안료, 혹은 갈색, 녹색, 청색 또는 흑색의 상기 복합 산화물안료로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2종류의 흑색 내지 암색혼합물인 블랙매트릭스용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복합산화물 흑색안료의 표면이, 산화규소계 혹은 유리질계 무기재료, 경화중합체 및 매체에 대하여 실질적으로 불용성인 중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 피복재료로 표면처리되어 있는 블랙매트릭스용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바인더가 유기질 바인더와 저융점 유리프릿의 혼합물인 블랙매트릭스용 조성물.
- 기판상에 흑색안료 함유조성물에서 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법에 있어서, 상기의 흑색안료가 2종류 이상의 금속의 산화물로 이루어지고, 스피넬형 혹은 역스피넬형의 결정구조를 가진 복합 산화물 흑색산화물 흑색안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기판이, 컬러액정디스플레이의 컬러필터의 기판인 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기판이, 발광형 플랫패널디스플레이의 표시패널의 기판인 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 제5항에 기재한 블랙매트릭스용 조성물을 사용하여서, 기판상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성한 후, 450℃ 내지 900℃로 유기질 바인더를 연소제거함과 동시에, 저융점 유리프릿을 영용융시키고, 블랙매트릭스용 조성물중의 복합산화물 흑색안료를 기판에 고착하는 공정을 포함하는 블랙매트릭스의 형성방법.
- 기판상에 흑색안료 함유 조성물에 의하여 형성된 블랙매트릭스를 부착한 물품에 있어서, 상기의 흑색안료가 2종류 이상의 금속의 산화물로 이루어지고, 스피넬형 혹은 역스피넬형의 결정구조를 가진 복합산화물 흑색안료인 것을 특징으로 하는 블랙매트릭스를 부착한 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 블랙매트릭스를 부착한 물품이, 컬러액정 디스플레인 물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 블랙매트릭스를 부착한 물품이, 발광형플랫패널디스플레이인 물품.
- 제10항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 복합산화물 흑색안료가, 기판상에 저융점 유리질 바인더로 용융 및 고착되어 있는 물품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
