Claims (18)

  1. 미공질 폴리에틸렌 막이 사이에 낀 제1 및 제3미공질 폴리프로필렌 막으로 구성되는 작동정지, 삼중층 배터리 격리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 약 0.5 내지 약 1.5mil의 범위인 두께로 부가로 구성되는 배터리 격리판.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 약 1mil의 두께로 구성되는 배터리 격리판.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파괴 강도가 약 450 그램 이상인 배터리 격리판.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파괴 강도가 약 480 그램 이상인 배터리 격리판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 부가로 인치 당 4 그램 이상인 박리 강도를 갖는 배터리 격리판.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 박리 강도가 인치 당 6 그램 이상인 배터리 격리판.

  17. 제14항의 방법에 따라 제조된 2개층의 미공질 폴리프로필렌 막으로 구성된 제1 및 제3의 평편한 시이트를 마련하는 단계; 제14항의 방법에 따라 제조된 2개층의 미공질 폴리에틸렌 막으로 구성된 제2평편한 시이트를 마련하는 단계; 미공질 폴리프로필렌 막의 제1 및 제3평편한 시이트를 벗겨내는 단계; 미공질 폴리에틸렌 막의 제2평편한 시이트를 벗겨내는 단계; 각각의 층을 겹쳐서 폴리프로필렌-폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌 구조물을 형성하는 단계; 구조물을 결합시켜 삼중층 격리판을 형성하는 단계; 및 격리판을 감아올리는 단계로 구성된 삼중층 작동정지 배터리 격리판을 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 결합시키는 것이 캘린더링하거나 또는 용접 또는 점착제를 이용하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
