Abstract

본 발명은 탄소수 2 이상의 α-올레핀(a)과 특정의 시클로올레핀 (b)을 방향족 환함유 비닐계 탄화수소/공역디엔 공중합체 또는 그 수화물(A)의 존재하에서 공중합하여 극한점도(η)가 0.5~5.0dl/g; 적어도 1개의 유리 전이온도(DSC로 측정)가 15℃ 이하, 중합가능 탄소-탄소 2중결합의 양이 옥소가 기준으로 2~150; 굴절률 1.50∼1.65인 시클로올레핀계 공중합체 조성물(C)에 관한 것이다. 조성물(C)에서 성분(A)의 함량은 1~40중량%이고, 성분(A)의 굴절률 nD(A)와 α-올레핀(a)과 시클로올레핀(b)을 성분(A)의 비존재하에서 공중합하여 얻어지는 시클로올레핀 공중합체성분(B)의 굴절률 nD(B)의 차△nD는 0.015이하이다. 이환상올레핀계 공중합체 조성물은 내충격성, 투명성 및 내열성이 우수하다.

Claims (2)

  1. (a) 적어도 탄소수 2 이상의 α-올레핀과, (b) 하기의 식(I) 또는 (II)로 표시되는 시클로올레핀(A)를 135℃ 데칼린에서 측정한 극한점도(η)가 0.5~5.Odl/g; DSC로 측정한 유리전이온도(Tg)가 15℃이하; 중합가능한 탄소-탄소 2중결합의 양이 옥소가 기준으로 2~150(g-옥소/100℃-중합체); 25℃에서 측정한 굴절률 nD(A)가 1.50~1.65의 성분(A)인 방향족환함유 비닐탈화수소/공역디엔공중합체 또는 그 수소화물의 존재하에서 공중합함으로써 얻어지는 시클로올레핀계 공중합체 조성물(C)로서, 이 공중합조성물(C)는 성분(A)의 함량이 1~40중량%이고, 굴절률차△nD는 0.015이다. 여기서 △nD는 nD(A)를 성분(A)의 굴절률, nD(B)를 α-올레핀 (a)와 시클로올레핀(b)를 성분(A)가 존재하지 않은 조건에서 공중합해서 얻어지는 시클로공중합체성분(B)의 굴절률이라 할 때 |nD(A)-nD(B)|인 것이 특징인 시클로올레핀 공중합체 조성물.
    상기 식중 n은 0 또는 1, m은 0 또는 양의 정수 r은 0 또는 1, R1-1818, Ra및 Rb는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄화수소기이며, R15-R18은 서로 결합되어 이중결합을 가질 수도 있는 단환 또는 다환구조를 형성할 수 있으며, R15와 R16또는 R17과 R18은 함께 알킬리덴기를 형성할 수 있다.
    상기 식중 p와 q는 각각 0 또는 1 이상의 정수, m과 n은 각각 0, 1 또는 2, R1-R19는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 지방족탄화수소기, 지환식 탄화수소기, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 알콜시기이며, R9(또는 R10)이 결합된 탄소원자와 R13또는 R11결합된 탄소원자는 직접 또는 1~3 탄소원자의 알키렌기를 거쳐 결합됩 수 있고, n과 m이 0일때 R15와 R12또는 R15와 R19는 함께 결합되어 단환 또는 다환 방향환을 형성할 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)에 함유된 탄소-탄소 2중 결합의 양은 옥소가 기준으로 2~50(g-옥소/100g-중합체)의 벙위인 것을 특징으로 하는 시클로올레핀계 공중합체 조성물.
