Claims (11)

  1. 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 기록막으로 되고, 이 기록막에 에너지 비임을 조사하므로서, 이 기록막에 피트를 형성하여 정보를 기록하는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기 기록막은 Te을 주성분으로 하고 Cr, C 및 H를 포함하는 박막이고, 상기 기판은 에틸렌과, 하기 인반식 [I]로 표시되는 시클로올레핀의 시클로올레핀랜덤 공중합체로 된 것이 특징인 광기록 매체.
    (식에서, n은 0또는 양의 정수이며, R1∼R12는 같거나 다르며, 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 또는 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R9~R12가 서로 결합하는 경우 1개 이상의 이중결합을 임의로 포함하는 단일 또는 다환을 형성할수 있으며, R9과 R10또는 R11과 R12가 서로 결합하는 경우, 알킬라덴기를 형성할 수도 있다)
  2. 제1항에서, 기판을 구성하는 시클로 올레핀계 랜덤 공중합체의 연화점(TMA)이 70℃이상인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  3. 제1항에서, 상기 기록막중의 Cr함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 0.1∼40원자%인 것이 특징인 광기록 매체.
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 기록막중의 C함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 40원자 %이하인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  5. 제1항에서, 상기 기록막중의 H함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 1-40원자%인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  6. 제1항에서, 상기 기록막의 막두께가 100Å~1μ인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  7. 기판과, 이 기판상에 형성된 기록막으로 되고 이 기록막에 에너지 비임을 조사하므로써, 이 기록막에 피트를 형성하여 정보를 기록하는 광기록매체에 있어서, 상기 기록막은 Te를 주성분으로하고, Cr, C 및 H를 포함하는 박막이고, 히기 기판은[A] 에틸렌 단위와 상기 일반식[I]로 표시되는 시클로올레핀 단위를 함유하는 것으로서, 135℃, 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도(n)가 0.05∼10dℓ/g이고, 연화점(TMA)이 70℃이상인 시클로올레핀계 렌덤 공중합체와[B] 에틸렌 단위와 gk기 일반식[I]로 표시되는 시클로 올레핀 단위를 함유하며, 135℃, 데칼린중에서 측정한 극한점도[n]가 0.05-5dℓ/g이고, 연화점 (TMA)이 70℃ 미만인 시클로올레핀계 랜덤 공중합체를 상기 성분[A]와 성분[B]의 중량비가 100/0.1∼100/0인 범위로, 포함하는 시클로올레핀랜덤 공중합체 조성물로 구성된 것이 특정인 광기록매체
    (식에서, n은 0또는 양의 정수이며, R1∼R12는 같거나 다르며, 각각은 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 또는 탄화수소기를 나타내며, R9~R12가 서로 결합하는 경우 1개 이상의 이중결합을 임의로 포함하는 단일 또는 다환을 형성할수 있으며, R9과 R10또는 R11과 R12가 서로 결합하는 경우. 알킬라덴기를 형성할 수도 있다).
  8. 제7항에서, 상기 기록막중의 Cr함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 0.1∼40원자%인 것이 특징인 광기록 매체.
  9. 제7항에서, 상기 기록막중의 C함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 40원자%이하인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  10. 제7항에서, 상기 기록막중의 H함량이, 기록막중의 총원자수에 대해, 1∼40원자%인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
  11. 제7항에서, 상기 기록막의 막두께가 100Å~1μ인 것이 특징인 광기록매체.
