Abstract

본 발명은 CoxCyPzMw(식 중, M은 백금 또는 니켈임)의 코발트(Co)계 고밀도 자기 기록용 박막 재료 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 박막 재료는 코발드계 합금 박막에 인(P)을 첨가한 Co-Cr-P-Pt 및 Co-Cr-P-Ni 합금 박막으로서, 보자력과 각형비가 높으며, 이러한 우수한 자기적 특성으로 인하여 고밀도 자기 기록에 유리하다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 자/7 기록용 박막 재료인 Co-Cr-P-Pt를 Ni-P/Al 기판에 증착시켰을 경우의 합금 조성에 따른 보자력(Hc)의 변화를 나타낸 그래프.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 자기 기록용 박막 재료인 Co-Cr-P-Pt를 유리 기판에 증착시켰을 경우의 합금 조성에 따른 보자력(Hc)의 변화를 나타낸 그래프.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 자기 기록용 박막 재료인 Co-Cr-P-Pt를 유리 기판에 증착시켰을 경우의 박막 두께에 따른 보자력(Hc)의 변화를 나타낸 그래프.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 자기 기록용 박막 재료인 Co-Cr-P-Ni를 Ni-P/Al 기판 및 유리 기판에 증착시켰을 경우의 Ni 조성 변화에 따른 보자력(Hc)의 변화를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (2)

  1. 하기 조성식의 자기 기록용 자성 박막 합금.
    CoxCryPzMw
    상기 식 중, M은 백금(Pt) 또는 니켈(Ni)이고, x는 원자%로서 60 이상, 90 이하이며, y는 원자%로서 0이상, 13 이하이고, Z는 원자%로서 1 이상, 15 이하이며, W는 원자%로서 0 이상, 30 이하이고, x+y+z+w=100이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, M이 백금(Pt)이고, x가 원자%로서 61이상, 85이하이며, y가 원자%로서 2 이상, 12이하이고, Z가 원자%로서 5 이상, 12이하이며, w가 원자 %로서 8이상, 15이하이고, x+y+z+w=100인 자기 기록용 자성 박막 합금.
