Abstract

본 발명은 융점이 150 내지 240° 이고 두께가 0.2 내지 3μm이며, 평균 굴절률이 1.570 내지 1.578이고, 10초동안 80℃에서 처리된 후의 열 수축 응력이 100 내지 800g/㎟이여, 10분간 25℃의 톨루엔에서 처리된 후의 열수축률은 15%이하이고, 중심선 평균 표면 조도가 0.02 내지 0.3μm인 2축 배향 플리에스테르 필름 및 화지의 라미네이트로 제조되었으며, 원지의 천공 감도, 커얼링에 대한 내성, 및 인쇄 화상의 해상도와 화상 농도가 우수한 고감도 감열공판 인쇄 원지용 폴리에스테르 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

150 내지 240℃의 융점과 0.2 내지 3μm의 두께를 갖는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 포함하며, 하기식(1) 내지 (5)의 특성을 모두 만족시키는 고감도 감열 공판 인쇄 원지용 필름 :
(1) 1.570≤nave≤1.578,
(2) 100≤F≤800,
(3) 5≤S≤50,
(4) St≤15, 및
(5) 0.02≤Ra≤0.3
상기식에서, nave는 평균 굴절률이고, F는 80℃에서 10초동안 열처리한 후의 열수축 응력(g/㎟)이며, S는 80℃에서 10초동안 열처리한 후의 열수축률(%)이고, St는 10분 동안 25℃의 톨루엔에서 처리한 후의 수축률(%)이며, Ra는 중심선 평균 표면 조도(μm)이다.
제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입자를 포함하는 고감도 감열 공판 인쇄 원지용 필름.
제2항에 있어서, 불활성 입자의 평균 입경이 0.05 내지 3μm인 고감도 감열 공판 인쇄 원지용 필름.
제2항에 있어서, 불활성 입자의 양이 폴리에스테르 중량을 기준으로 0.05 내지 3중량%인 고감도 감열 공판 인쇄 원지용 필름.
제2항에 있어서, 불활성 입자의 모오스 경도가 8.5이상인 고감도 감열 공판 인쇄 원지용 필름.
